Buss Cat Ba Island till Ha Noi

The company was very organized and kept us up to date on the booking. The bus staff were very helpful, direct and ensured we made it to the destination. It included a cable car ride and the staff were there to help us. We had to make changes to our plan due to bad weather and they went out of their way to make the necessary arrangements for us. Very professional and attentive company.

I booked a bus from Cat Ba to Sapa. Specifically asked them not to put me with Sao Viet bus on the trip part from Hanoi to Sapa as they cooperate with them for Sapa trips. I sent them 10 emails to try to arrange diferent provider, and also whats app messages. We agreet to book me on HK bus, and yet they still put me with Sao Viet who has horrible reviews, and I confirm they are so rude!!! I texted them on whatsapp, they didnt even appologise! The only respond I got was, Oh, let me check... very disapointed as I feel like it was just a trick, false promise I will get the HK bus.

They told US to be ready at 5pm and then came at 4pm and then Driver was stressed af, drove ruthless and we arived in Hanoi 2 hours early. From there the sleeping Bus to Sa Pa was okay, but they told us we will arive at 5am in Sa Pa, but WE arived at 3.30 am and now we sitting in the cold and dark infront of our already booked Homestay, waiting for somebody to come, so we can check in hopefully at 6am. But we arrived alive, so thats an Bonus Point.

Excellent company We had two lazy things happened at our fault and the company did beyond to help us and provide excellent service, really recommend them! 10/10

We took the bus and ferry from Cat Ba to Hanoi. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The bus broke down and stopped for about 45 minutes, but we received no updates or communication from the staff during that time. After the ferry dropped us off on the mainland, there was no guidance or direction about which bus to board next, leaving us confused and unsure where to go. Once we were finally on the bus, we were informed that we would not be dropped off in the Old Quarter of Hanoi as originally promised, due to vehicle restrictions after 4:30 PM. Instead, we had to pay for a taxi to reach our hostel. We had booked this transport specifically to arrive in the Old Quarter by 3:30 PM. The delay caused by the breakdown made us late, and as a result, we feel a partial refund would have been fair.

The process was easy and clear. I was also able to reschedule my ticket 8 hours before my departure time as we decided to stay one extra day. It was really appreciated. The overall journey was at a perfect temperature as even the fast boat had AC. Thank you so much.

We used this bus/ mini bus service twice for our family of five and were very impressed by its efficiency and door to door service. I would definitely recommend it.
