Terrible experience operator did not show up
We got there an hour before the tour. There was nobody waiting for us. The line was about 2 to 3 hours long to get to the entrance. DO NOT BUY THIS IT IS A SCAM. The operator does not answer text messages and there is no phone number to contact them. I’ll contact my credit card to issue a refund.
Operatörens svar
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced.
Please note that we are only a ticket provider, and the entry process, crowd management, waiting time, and on-ground operations are completely managed by the attraction itself. Unfortunately, we do not have control over queues or staff availability at the venue.
That said, we truly regret the experience you had and understand your disappointment. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
