Had a great experience booking Burj Khalifa At The Top tickets with multiple options available. The booking process was smooth, clear, and well-organized, which made planning the visit stress-free. During my Dubai trip, I mostly used public transport with a NOL card, and it made getting around the city super convenient and affordable. 07:00 timeslot was perfect for low volume visitor numbers, especially on new years morning and perfect timing for the sunrise. Doing an earlier time slot will be a long wait during winter months for sunrise.

Last minute purchase of tickets to the Sky Lounge for 3 people costing $880. Tickets are sold out many days in advance so we felt good about getting these tickets even with a huge mark-up. The issues included the driver who picked us up which needed to pay attention to his personal hygiene and the drop off at the Dubai Mall. We had no idea how to navigate to the Borj entrance and had to ask several people. This was just a ticket sale and nothing else and it was not clearly explained in the description on Viator.

Very long waits, we were there in the evening and the windows were dirty, you could not enjoy the view, definitely not worth the price.

Iconic of Dubai, don’t miss to go up for amazing 360 panoramic views of Dubai. Absolutely amazing. Overall, the combination of stunning views, excellent service, and great amenities made this visit to Burj Khalifa memorable.

This can really be a Top experience with this company. They sent the digital ticket very soon, which was of course somewhat more expensive than others, but I'd say, here it did worth the price. Just 2 of us were on 154 for almost an hour, it was already exclusive by the height, the treatment - food and drink and service quality. We really felt ourselves like the residents of that place in those comfortable chairs, overseeing Dubai from all aspect. The highest lounge. Still if you choose it as a one-time experience (mostly), it will be for sure a lifetime one, guaranteed. We got everywhere the quickest line, so could spend almost 2 hours in total there, including the open deck at a bit lower level. The local Staff was also very respectful and knowledgeable. *The other Guest at level 154 made the probably highest selfie-stick photo from a building. :) You can still beat him as we guessed, or at least follow. :)

Pretty straightforward, the QR code worked fine on my phone, definitely doing recommend doing sunrise potentially 6 AM. Just a heads-up that getting to the place where the elevator is could be tricky (going through a parking garage), but many friendly people guided us.

Amazing views and thats the reason it is must visit side. Little bit crowdy even in off season but cannot ignore Burj Khalifa while in Dubai

The views were amazing! We took many photos and enjoyed a lot at the top. It was worth it. Thanks to DTA for the trip. The ambience was also great there.
