07:30 Avgång till Chablis, upphämtning från ditt hotell. Den charmiga byn Chablis, som har fått smeknamnet "Golden Door of Burgundy", ligger bara 180 km från Paris (cirka 2 timmar).
10:15 - 11:30 Ankomst till Chablis-området. Besök av Jean-Marc Brocard Domaine omgiven av vingårdar med grottbesök och vinprovning av 5 viner med ost: Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru och Chablis Grand Cru. Den erfarna personalen kommer att ge dig alla förklaringar om processen för vinframställning i Chablis och påpeka skillnaderna mellan Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru och Chablis Grand Cru.
11:30 - 12:30 Ankomst till byn Chablis. Vinprovning av en av de lokala Chablis-vinproducenterna med 5 till 9 viner: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru och Chablis Grand Cru tillsammans med den lokala osttallriken.
Lunchtid, stadsutforskning. Om turisterna är hungriga tidigt kan lunchen också ordnas i Chablis Village.
15:00 - 16:30 Ankomst till Chateau de Pommard - en av Bourgognes mest kända domäner, nära Beaune och omgiven av vingårdar. Vinprovning av ett urval av 5 viner från Château de Pommard och Famille Carabello-Baum "La Route des Grands Crus" med en professionell sommelier. Du kommer att lära dig hur Bourgognes stjärndruvor Pinot Noir och Chardonnay uttrycker sig över Bourgognes byar och terroirer. Du kommer att lära dig om: Bourgognes 5 underregioner och deras specialiteter, om den berömda vinvägen La Route des Grands Crus, om hur de naturliga faktorerna påverkar smaken och om Bourgognes klassificeringar.
16:30 Besök ett av de medeltida sjukhusen i Beaune - Hotel Dieu Beaune

My husband and I really enjoyed the tour, especially our guide, Natalie. I always appreciate when a guide brings history to life, and she did exactly that by sharing engaging stories about the region, its wine, and the history of France. She was warm, knowledgeable, and full of interesting insights that felt really comfortable. Although we had visited wineries on our own before, this experience stood out as a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a complete, well-organized day from start to finish, all in great company.
I am a big fan of Burgundy and during our travel to France this was a must visit. We booked with Tour up in Europe a day in Burgundy tour and it went unforgettably good. Next time we are ordering a tour around Europe we will definitely ask this company

The trip was planned really well, and our guide helped us enjoy every place we visited. I loved trying all the different wines-they were all special in their own way, from Petit Chablis to Grand Cru. We also had a nice lunch, and you should definitely taste the local cheese! Beaune was a really cute town. On the way back to Paris, it was nice and calm after such an exciting day.
I really enjoyed how the guide made the day special for us and shared lots of interesting stories about how the juice is made. My favorite part was visiting Beaune, it was super fun to taste different kinds of grape juice there, and I found a new kind I really like - Pinot Noir!
Very good tour for a novice to Burgundy. Our guide, Helen, spoke very good English and shared his understanding of both Burgundy, the wine, the labeling system (I must admit I was ignorant and hesitant to buy Burgundy wine, in part because of the labels), and the terroir. We stopped for a very nice lunch with good food and beautiful spot in Beaune
I loved this tour. The French countryside house is gorgeous, the houses we visited were so sweet and welcoming. We had a delicious cheese tasting in one of them! And that medieval city Bonn (hope I’m spelling it correctly). But the most valuable and appreciated part of the trip was getting to know our guide and driver. They were both very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend it to anyone.
