My driver was waiting for me. Sent me a text thru WhatsApp. He explained everything. Gave me a history lesson of Bucharest on the way to the hotel.
Upon arrival in Bucharest the driver was not awaiting us. We had to wait about 15 minutes. It was not easy to find at telephone number for Viator, but finallly I found it and I was told that the driver was on its way. On the return, the driver was about 30 minutes late and again I had to call to find out that they had to find another driver because the designated driver did not come. So, there are only a few things you need to do as a transfer service. On top of the list is being on time.
