Vandra med vänlig guide till slottet Kings i en tät skog och förundras över en av de bästa vyerna i Ungern: den stora Donau böjen. Bada sedan varm bastu eller gå till en sandstrand vid Donau (valfritt). Vi höjer 230 meter i 3,5 km, 90 minuter. Se den majestätiska och mäktiga floden när den skär sin väg genom bergen! Downhill är 50 minuter och lunch (valfritt) på en lokal restaurang. Jag är en medresenär som har guidat sedan 2003, välkomnat 7000 gäster från 53 länder (bild nr 6) ”Det var en fantastisk upplevelse, jag personligen tackar den smidiga kommunikationen” Aron Gelley, gruppledare 4 olika basturum + 2 dykbassänger (betyg 4,6 gånger 220 ppl på ggl) Bastun är optinal, om du föredrar att missa det eller gå till en Donau strand, vi rerun 15 euro från avgiften. På vintern (dec-febr) slottet (gglrated 4,7 gånger 17500 ppl) är öppet från fre-sön , men vi kan alltid besöka viewterrace (som är huvudattraktionen). I det här fallet ger jag dig tillbaka 2500 huf/6 euro. Riskera inte, bara kom!

Efter upphämtning på ditt boende med en privat bil eller minibuss kör vi en timme till den berömda staden Visegrád, en gång Ungerns huvudstad och kungarnas högkvarter. Där lämnar vi bilen vid floden Donau, går in i den täta skogen av jättegamla träd och fortsätter cca. 90 min vandring till slottet, beläget på en hög klippa precis över floden med hisnande landskap. Se den mest berömda floden i Europa när den skär sig genom berg! Vi höjer oss 230 meter på 3,5 km och kommer sedan fram till själva slottet, där vi når och förundrar utsikten. Du kommer att ha tid att ta otaliga bilder och eventuellt besöka vaxutställningen av festande kungar och museerna för jakt och medelålders vapen.
Sedan med 15 minuters bilresa anländer vi till Best SaunaHouse runt Budapest, där du kan unna dig själv efter utomhusäventyren och njuta av den varma och eleganta atmosfären. De erbjuder flera olika basturum: - timmerbastu (110 Celsius) - Finsk bastu (85 Celsius) - ångbad (85 Celsius) - Svalbastu (50 Celsius) - infraljusbastu + 2 avsvalkningspooler för att svalka dig mellan bastupassen. De har också en bar med drinkar av alla slag.

Thank you Zsolt for a great day out in nature- he will pick you up in his car and you'll have a privately guided hike through the woods. Hike time about 1 hour, not too much elevation gain, and come out to a beautiful valley just before reaching the castle grounds. Be prepared if it's a hot summer day. Visegrad is on a really beautiful spot on the Danube River. We went on a weekday so it was quiet and peaceful there. The lunch stop at a local caf afterwards was casual, hearty traditional home-cooking type dishes, no frills, then we chose the sauna option which was perfect after all the humidity and sun we got earlier- cold plunge pools, indoor and outdoor, alternating with some hot sauna time. You will be out all day, overall a unique excursion away from Budapest.

We loved Zsolt as a tour guide. We had to have been the slowest participants he has ever had, but he was extremely patient! This is a long day excursion and you better be able to do 2 - 80 minute hikes (one being uphill). Zsolt has a nice personality and great knowledge, so he’s the perfect person for this type of activity. My only regret is that I had taken more pics of the castle before reaching the top- small spot about 20 mins before where there is a good view through the trees!
Private ride to hiking spot! Zsolt was an amazing tour guide for the hike @ tour of the castle! Local cuisine for lunch was delicious. Sauna includes multiple saunas & plunges pools-very relaxing after the hike. Highly recommend this tour for a day outside of Budapest

I had an excellent time with Zsolt as my guide. This was my first day in Budapest after over 25 hours of flying. I was looking for an excursion that took me out of the city to nature, an opportunity to get out and hike as well as learn about the country. This trip did exactly that. Zsolt was accommodating, punctual and very Knowledgeable. It was like a day planned with a friend rather than a “tour.” Zsolt was quick to share information that I was interested in or for us to just enjoy nature as we hiked. It was only myself and Zsolt on this trip. After hiking, we had lunch and than went to the saunas before heading back to the city. I highly recommend this trip if hiking, history and a local sauna is what you are looking for. Dana
Incredible break from the business of Budapest. Lots to do here with a great hike, the castle and the river are beautiful views; and then the sauna is so relaxing at the end. Don't miss out on this trip!

We have spent a lovely day out there, I didn’t even know that there are sooo beautiful mountains nearby Budapest. The walk was easier than we have expected, so had more time in the castle. Those kings really had a great taste regarding placing their homes! The sauna is exclusive and we recommend this trip. Anita Joey

Excellent service, I truly recommend it. Zsolt is a genuinely caring and responsible guide, with lots of knowledge about the places and in general. Very nice combo of excercise and chill afterwards, with some local culture and sightseeing - a perfect day. For a very reasonable price.
