Tried to call to confirm night before. No contact number. Help number given was not related to this at all. Company was great but driver unhappy because he had to take bags up to the street and Viking was using the luggage belt. They told us to wait in the lobby.
Driver was on time, helpful, friendly, patient with the slow processing through EES after our plane landed.
