Budapest Donau Sightseeing nattkryssning med dryck

I had originally booked the 8pm, but then Legenda contacted me and said that due to the low water level that cruise had been cancelled. So they booked me on the 7:30one. Well, while on the cruise we saw the 8pm departure and that would have been better for us to experience the lighter I don’t understand why they cnaged my reservation and am very disapppiinted they did. Also the recording stopped at the beginning and had to be restarted so it was running late with respect to the attractions we were passing bus an easy fix.

Budapest at night on the Danube is stunning. This was a short trip to show you the highlights with headphones giving you some history. Great way to begin our visit in Hungary

A lovely evening cruise with a complimentary drink, it's a nice way to see the sights nicely lit up. I recommend the cruise.

Perfect way to end our vacation in Budapest! We got there about 15 minutes early to sit up top. Kids really enjoyed it as well!

It was ok. It was disappointing because the city had a drought and the buildings were not lit up at night. Also, I thought the inside was going to have A/C. Might also have been off because of the weather. And they were bigger boats than I expected. Legenda was very responsive and gave us options to cancel or take the sunset cruise when there was notification of the lights being off for the night cruise.

Very well organised. Managed to see all the important sights from the river, which gave a totally different perspective. Well worth it!

Emerald waterways rooms 5* food 4* ship 5* guide's 5* cruise director very knowledgeable about the Danube and the areas along the Danube, nightly talks good entertaining but he does that week after week, I needed a doctor for prescription medication, I asked 3 times, my holiday at each port first few days was stressful, phoned UK was trying everything I was left to my own devices, then night before disembark details, I and my wife spoke to the cruise director said the time was not allowing enough time to get to the airport with the new EU ruling, 7-45 leave, 2 hours journey, for 11-05 boarding, I then spoke to the entertainment guy giving him our flight details, he had a word but wouldn't move, guidelines are 3 hours before your flight will the passport control problems, we got there 90 minutes before our flight, more stress passport control was heaving, what a nightmare thank you emerald waterways, our 3 rd cruise, waiting for a response from the owner. View was only good from the top open air level of the boat. There was limited seating up there, so we were seated on the main level where my view was hampered by other people's heads and it was extremely hot with no air movement. Photos were not good from this level either. I was able to go up to the open air deck on the top and stand, which I chose to do even though I had to disconnect my headphones and miss the explanation. The river is beautiful and the buildings and scenery is breathtaking, but I think the experience offered is only mediocre. Drink was given, but it was like being served on an airplane, not special.

The cruise was great. It was a pity the parliament lights were out.

Only finding out the day before that the cruise we booked was cancelled sucked. Nothing lighting up on the cruise also sucked. Not much the company could do but hiding the fact nothing is being lit up is not good.
