Lovely trip, very quick getting on & off the boat. Very friendly staff.. comfy seats, I would recommend getting there early though so you can sit upstairs. Highly recommend..
Great experience. The evening was quite beautiful with the warm air and beautiful scenery. Price point good. A very nice evening.
Great sights to see along the river. We made sure we went after the sunset so we could enjoy the lights. I would suggest that you know the time of sunset before booking. Staff were helpful and the audio recording we listened to was helpful.
The atmosphere was kind of anticlimactic, they don’t serve coffee. Just alcohol and soft drinks.
Should go at 9 pm. Should stop serving beer as it was not good. Grab the upper deck seat to have a clear view
I really liked this boat. It is not too large. We went on a gorgeous warm evening. Get there early to ensure you can secure a seat on the open upper deck. The seats there are very comfortable, individual contoured chairs-not benches. The cocktail was a nice addition, and served about 20 minutes into the tour. When we arrived, I was not certain WHERE the actual departure place was located. We saw a VERY long line which we entered. Then I realiazed, this boat was located down a ramp, and thankfully NOT part of that long line. Look carefully for the cruise ship name when you arrive.

Lovely views, especially the parliament and a nice refreshing beverage on these hot days. Lots of people skipping lines because they were in a group and that was annoying
If you want to have a good view and get some good pics then you need to arrive a lot earlier than the departing time. Sitting in the middle prevents this! Not all headsets work, so not everyone gets to hear of the history behind the tourist attractions, which can be disappointing. As for the drink, my advice… give it a miss or take your own. The champagne could be an alternative for paint stripper, the beer was unpalatable and everyone around me who ordered the wine (red or white) did not drink it. The staff serving though were lovely!
