Due to an unexpected illness, Myself and family were unable to attend, and at such a last minute interruption, were unable to get a refund. Is there a way to offer a credit for another booking at another time and location?

We never received our Afternoon Tea. We did not have the Buckingham Palace experience we were hoping for:(

When we arrived at the Evan’s office. I inquired about the tour due to the protest that they were having today in London I was assured that we would still have a good experience. Unfortunately, that was not true, every route we went down was blocked by police and protesters. We did not get to see any of the landmarks that were on the itinerary. Every route we went down was detoured due to police blockades. We almost did not make it back in time to do the palace tour that we had scheduled at 4:15 PM. We practically had to run to the palace in order to get our timed entry. This was definitely not the experience. I paid a lot of money for and I feel we should be compensated for at least the part of the bus tour.

Arrived palace before 2 o’clock and call the # , the man told us just go inside and come to the office 4:15 so we did. There was a bus and driver said it is over already. Result is we just go inside the palace by ourselves , walked to get bus for nothing . We just want to pay for going to the palace .we had no service from them at all . Please refund others . Great to see some of the rooms you see on the TV such as the thrown room etc. Quite a magnificent place. Lived in London 20+ years and pleased we finally took this trip - a nice way to spend an afternoon.

Second time coming to visit and again realy enjoyed it .and they have added another room.the paintings of queen victoria are amazin.took our time and to the left of the marble rooms are toilets and so clean and stunning ladies .worth going for a look. We had lunch in the grounds and i think very good value .staff are very plesent .they cater for vegetarians etc. Plenty of tables to sit .we took pictures of the grounds . The shop was ok.i wish they sold trays that our lunch came on. We asked but they dont.plenty to buy not cheap but how many times do you visit buck palace i bought biscuits salted caramel

Wasn’t made aware that the afternoon tea tour was cancelled until I went to collect my tickets at Evan Evan’s. All I was told was “the bus isn’t running today, and enjoy the palace.” I’m hoping someone will make this right, as I paid for both experiences.

Prior to finding this tour on Trip Advisor, I did not know that one could get inside Buckingham Palace at all, let alone for a tour. Gaining entry to the tour was a bit tedious. You have to stand in line with your printed voucher, in order to get your admission ticket. Then you had to join another line, in another tent, to present your ticket, obtain an audio-visual guide, and pass through security. Once inside, your tour is self-guided, using the excellent audio-visual guide. The a/v guide is well narrated by various staff of the Palace, and there are close up visuals and narrations of various objects on the tour. No photos are allowed until you exit the Palace in the King's "backyard." All in all, I found this tour to be enjoyable and well worth the time and expense.
