Choco-Story-museet finns i Brygge, inrymt i en gammal byggnad från 1400-talet. Museet upptar 4 våningar och berättar historien om kakao och choklad. Mer än 1 000 antika föremål och 80 informationstavlor, förklarar historien om hur choklad utvecklades från sitt ursprung som en kryddig Maya-dryck till att bli den utsökta sötsaken som vi alla älskar idag. Barnens besök har specialdesignats med låga informationstavlor och montrar. Besöket avslutas med en demonstration av hur man gör belgiska chokladgodis som kan provas.

Very well-made museum. The audio guide is very comprehensive and the visit is interesting.
We’re delighted you and your family enjoyed the interactive side of our museum. The live chocolate-making demonstrations are always a highlight, and it’s wonderful to hear they added value to your visit. Thanks to the many stairs (elevator available) a separate and very nice experience. Interesting facts, fun decor and clear information made the visit a memorable memory. Especially the smooth and sparkling bilingual demonstration (Spanish and Dutch) was a real pleasure. Bravo!
We had a very nice visit to the chocolate museum. The exhibition is informative, varied, and really fun. We especially recommend the interactive games, where you can collect points and even become the daily winner – this adds extra motivation and entertainment. The audio guide in German was clear, well-structured, and provided many interesting background details. A real highlight for us was the chocolate tasting, especially the Ambar variety, which we particularly enjoyed. We also found the praline presentation with live explanation and subsequent tasting very successful. A small point of criticism: The shop seemed a bit too small to us, and the selection could be larger. There is certainly still potential for improvement. Overall, we can definitely recommend the visit – a great experience for all chocolate lovers and the curious.
This is definitely for younger kids. Not great for adults. The best part was the very end where they did a very short demonstration. And tasting.

We weren’t sure what to expect so we had no expectations. This beginning of the tour was a bit bland and somewhat dull and basic but stick with it - it gets better as it goes on. Chocolate does have a wild history. It was cool to get the in person demonstration as well. Overall it was a nice display and attraction.

Interesting facts but a lot of audio to listen to. too many cups and jugs. Very interesting to learn about the process of making chocolate and why chocolate is expensive
