Experience was fun and insightful. Story telling was easy to follow yet structured. Good flow. Dynamic delivery. What a fun experience that I would recommend to other friends and family. Emily was top notch!
Emily was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the beginning, you could tell how knowledgeable she was, but what made the tour especially enjoyable was her personality and sense of humor. She made the history and stories feel interesting and memorable rather than just reciting facts, and the entire tour felt relaxed and genuinely fun. What impressed me most was how much Emily cared about the people on her tour. At the end, she took the time to help every single person figure out how to get back or where they needed to go next. She didn’t have to do that, and it really stood out to me. In a city that can be overwhelming when you’re visiting, having someone take that extra time meant a lot. Emily is the kind of guide you hope you get when booking a tour—knowledgeable, funny, approachable, and genuinely kind. I can’t recommend her enough, and I would absolutely book another tour with her if I had the opportunity. Thank you, Emily, for making this such a great part of our visit to New York!
This was a great tour. Kevin was an amazing tour guide. Very knowledgeable. Learned so much about the construction of the Brooklyn Bridge. Loved the DUMBO area. Kevin was great explaining the history of the area and how it came to be. Definitely recommend this tour
There is no need to take this tour with a guide; we were staying in Manhattan, so we took the subway, changing lines to get to Brooklyn. I suggest starting early in Dumbo to avoid the heavy congestion of people it usually has. After doing Dumbo, we immediately crossed the Brooklyn Bridge toward Manhattan to do Chinatown and Little Italy, where you can take the opportunity to have lunch and buy NYC souvenirs at very good prices. Then we went back to Brooklyn via the Manhattan Bridge, where you can contemplate the views of both bridges on the banks of the Hudson. A more than recommended visit, where you will have plenty to take hundreds of photos and take home beautiful views of NYC without spending money.
We did a tour with Emily as our tourgide, she did a grate job at telling all the stories you need to know. Fun tour at Brooklyn bridge and Dumbo!
