The city tour was incredible, His Dolphin is very patient and left everyone happy in the places. There was a family of Chilians in the van and he was driving in Spanish, even because I understand too. The three hours of walking passed by flying. I highly recommend!

A perfect tour for those who have little time in town. The Guide is super friendly and polite which provides a more pleasant experience. At the visit to the Memorial JK entrance is charged and the payment must be made only in cash, I did not have money taken and the tour staff borrowed me so I did not miss the tour. They're all amazing, I was treated very well. The tour passes through the main tourist sights of BSB quickly enough to get to know each other and enjoy the day in the other places.

Did not like. The travel agent was very cold and rude to tourists. And they even rushed the tour. Only the very friendly driver was saved. I wouldn't close a package with them again, no!
Boa noite, Não consta em nossos registros a senhora como nossa cliente, muito menos aqui no tripadvisor. Não existe registro nenhum com o seu nome. Eu Irma sou a pessoa que atendo via whatsapp e telefone todos os clientes e eu não a atendi. Jamais vou atender mal os meus clientes. Peço que use de justiça, verifique com qual empresa a senhora fez o tour e faça a reclamação devida a quem a senhora contratou com o receptivo de Brasília. Não foi conosco.
