Mahabodhi-templet, en UNESCO: s världsarvslista, är ett forntida, men mycket ombyggt och restaurerat, buddhisttempel i Bodh Gaya, som markerar platsen där Buddha sägs ha uppnått upplysning. Bodhi-trädet ligger i templets lokaler. Mobiltelefon eller andra prylar får inte bära inuti som kan förvaras i mobilskåpet utan kostnad nära ingångsporten. Kameran är tillåten mot en extra kostnad.
Giant Buddha-statyn är en av de många hållplatserna i den buddhistiska pilgrimsfärd- och turistvägen i Bodhgaya, Bihar (Indien). Statyn är 19,507 m (64,00 ft) hög i meditationspose eller dhyana mudra som sitter på en lotus i friluft. Arkitekturens totala höjd är 80 ft med staty på 64 ft, lotus på vilken statyn sitter är 6 ft och den lägre piedestal är 10 ft. Det tog sju år att slutföra med hjälp av 12 000 murare. Det är en blandning av sandstenblock och röd granit. [3] Det är kanske den största byggda i Indien och invigdes den 18 november 1989 av den 14: e Dalai Lama.

Royal Bhutan Monastery ligger i Bodh Gaya, Bihar. Klostret tros byggas av kungen av Bhutan i Lord Buddha. Klostret skissar ut briljansen i konstverk och instansen är att klostret är canvassen där man kan hitta de viktiga stadierna i Lord Buddhas liv, som skapar en unik egenskap i sin arkitektur och dess inredning som lockar turisten över varje hörn av plats.
Indosan Nippon Japanese Temple är ett av de vackraste och mest populära templen i Bodhgaya. Templet byggdes tillbaka 1972. Idag är det en av de mest besökta helgedomarna i Bodhgaya.
En av de viktigaste platserna för buddhist, detta är platsen där Lord Buddha erbjöds söt ostmassa och ris av damen Sujata. Vi tar dig till Sujata garh samt Sujata-templet.
Vishnupad-templet (tempel för Vishnus fötter) är ett gammalt hinduiskt tempel tillägnat Lord Vishnu i Gaya, Bihar, Indien, beläget på stranden av floden Phalgu. Templet tros vara byggt på platsen där Vishnu påstås ha dödat demonen Gayasura eller fastnade honom under jorden. Templet har ett 40-cm fotavtryck som påstås vara av Lord Vishnu inskuret i ett basaltblock, känt som Dharmasila, som behölls när gudomen klev på Gayasuras bröst innan han klämde fast honom under jorden.
Templet Mangla Gauri i Shakti Peetham, Gaya, Bihar, Indien har nämnts i Padma Purana, Vayu Purana och Agni Purana och Devi Bhagvata Purana och Markandeya Purana i andra skrifter och tantriska verk. Detta tempel är bland de arton maha shaktipeeth. Det nuvarande templet går tillbaka till 1400-talet. Helgedomen är tillägnad Sati eller Modergudinnan i Gayas huvudsakligen vaishnavitiska pilgrimsfärdscentrum. Mangalagauri dyrkas som välviljans gudinna.

5/5 A very Clean, Good and Mesmerizing place to sit
Though his knowledge of speaking in English was limited he was able to provide me with an excellent tour of Madabodhi temple & the surrounding area. Special mention must also be given to him for being very punctual in picking me up from the hotel.
Firstly, the driver showed up with no guide. I asked about the guide and he said “you should have booked a guide if you want one”… umm I was under the impression that I did book a guide when I paid 3000 rupees for the tour and the reviews referred to a guide. They didn’t even provide the water which was mentioned in the description inclusionsz The driver proceeded to taxi me around to temples around bodh gaya. Taxi driver was a nice guy, but could offer no explanation to what I was looking at at any of the places. 3 hours into the tour, the driver said we are finished… I told him it’s advertised as a 6-8 hour tour, why the difference? He said “Oh it’s because we don’t have a guide for you”. What!?!? I said I want to see the Pragbodhi caves, since we have more time. We started driving there, then another guy jumped in the car and said “I’m the guide”. Nice of him to show up… We went to the caves. The guide spent the whole time trying to sell me on donating to his “charity” (which sounded like a scam) rather than explaining what we were seeing. After the caves, they said the tour is finished (4 hours into the tour) and dropped me to the station. When I said goodbye, the guide aggressively said “you need to pay my fee”. I told him “no chance, I’ve already paid” and left. This was a laughably disastrous tour.
Dear Sir, We are very sorry to know about the unpleasant experience you had and we apologize for the same. We will definitely look what went wrong and take strong action against it. This is the first time something like this happened. This tour doesn't include a guide and is nowhere mentioned in the product. This was a local tour but on your request we dropped you to Gaya Railway Station without an extra charge. We would like to apologize once again for your bad experience and see to it that it doesn't happen again in future.
The palace were good but the tour only included the vehicle and no guide was provided to help you understand the history and the driver didn't help much
It's a fraud Be aware There is no other way to put it It was most horrendous experience I have ever experienced in my whole life

Since you were in gaya we suggested you to cancel the booking and we will be giving you a full refund. Sorry to know that you didn't get our point or misunderstood us. Thanks to Anshu I had an amazing day. Instead of the Hindu temples (I wasn’t aware I can’t go as a foreigner) we visited the Dungeshwari caves which actually made the trip even better.
Vehicle arranged is not in good condition. For one and half day the charges are reasonable but for the condition of vehicle. Better be sure of vehicle condition etc before hiring
