En tur till Blue Eye och Gjirokaster skulle vara en fascinerande resa genom några av Albaniens vackraste och mest historiska regioner. Blue Eye, som ligger nära staden Saranda, är en fantastisk naturlig källa med kristallklart blått vatten som får det att se ut som ett gigantiskt öga. Det omgivande området är också vackert, med frodig grönska och fantastisk utsikt. Gjirokaster, å andra sidan, är en UNESCO: s världsarvslista och en av Albaniens mest historiska städer. Med sina smala kullerstensgator, ottomansk arkitektur och ett fantastiskt slott med utsikt över staden är Gjirokaster ett måste för alla som är intresserade av historia och kultur. Tillsammans skulle en turné till Blue Eye och Gjirokaster erbjuda en perfekt blandning av naturlig skönhet och kulturell rikedom, vilket ger en oförglömlig upplevelse i Albanien.

Efter hämtning blir vårt första stopp Blue Eye. vi lämnar bilen till naturparkens parkering och börjar gå i 17 minuter till huvudplatsen. När vi anländer till våren kommer vi att ha tid att ta några fantastiska bilder, köpa några lokala souvenirer eller till och med simma till vårens kalla sötvatten (inte till huvudplatsen). Jag kommer att vara med dig hela tiden och redo att ge all information du behöver.
Gjirokaster är en historisk stad med fantastiska saker att se och smaka. Det finns med på UNESCO:s världsarvslista och är känt för sin välbevarade ottomanska arkitektur, med många av dess byggnader med distinkta stentak och smala kullerstensgator. vi börjar med att besöka Slottet om cirka 30 minuter. vi kommer att ha en fantastisk utsikt över staden från ovan och en stor chans till några oförglömliga bilder. Efter slottet går vi tillsammans till den gamla basaren där vi får chansen att prova och köpa några lokala souvenirer. Lunch med albanska traditionella rätter kommer att vara den bästa delen av turnén. Vi äter lunch på en lokal familjerestaurang där allt är hemlagat av denna underbara familj. I slutet av dagen har du chansen till en gratis promenad runt stenstaden i cirka 30 minuter.

We had an amazing tour to the Blue Eye and Gjirokaster, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The natural beauty of the Blue Eye was breathtaking, and Gjirokaster’s rich history and architecture were fascinating to explore. A special thank you to our guide Fatjon (Tony), who was outstanding throughout the day. His deep knowledge, friendly approach, and excellent organisation made everything smooth and enjoyable. The local food we had was absolutely delicious—authentic, fresh, and full of flavour. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of southern Albania with a top-notch guide!
Our fantastic guide Fatjon picked us up at the port and took us for a wonderful trip around. Very knowledgeable guy who told us a lot of interesting facts and stories as we drove around, and when we walked true the sights. Absolutely worth taking a trip with these guys 😊☀️
The view is very beautiful, the water crystal clear and with a colourful landscape. The castle offers a great view. We also ate delicious and typical food in the old town. Fatjon, our guide, has a lot of knowledge and the stories and anecdotes are very interesting. He is really nice ! Everything was great thank you so much ! We can only recommend if you want to experience and learn more about albanian culture
Denis our guide as well as the tour was amazing!He was very knowledgeable kind and friendly we had an amazing time with him! I booked the trip for me and my friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Denis took us to many places such and the blue eye which was magical offering to take pictures of us girls which was nice as he was very patient with us. For any trips I would highly recommend we had an amazing time thank you so much!!! :)
Denis was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and we had a great time! He catered the tour to our request kind, ensured we were given history as we traveled, and took us to the best places for pictures at each stop.

My sister and I had an amazing day with Denis, not only did we visit some of the most beautiful places in Albania, we also got to learn so much about the history and culture. Denis is extremely knowledgeable and passionate, he was able to answer all of our questions in great detail. The tour feels very private and Denis intends to keep it this way. The traditional lunch we had in Gjirokaster was also delicious- we got to try a huge variety to dishes. Overall, would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting!

This tour is a great experience and definitely worth it. Our tour guide, Denis, was great and he could answer all our questions on Albanian nature, culture and history. The tour gives a mix of nature at the blue eye and history at Gjirokaster. An amazing traditional Albanian lunch is included in the tour and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend to book the tour since it makes the Blue eye and Gjirokaster experiences way more enjoyable and interesting.
