I booked tickets and my money was taken only to be then sent a message to say the Palace was closed. I asked for a full refund and was told I could use the tickets on another date. We left the city the next day so that was not possible. I had been told I will not receive a refund u til they have sold on the tickets. Extremely poor.
Amazing experience and a lot of new things to learn when it comes to art. Recommended to all that are art enthusiast.

Very convenient this offer of the 2 tickets palace + Louvre. This saves time and does not have to wait in line. On the other hand, it would be even better if we received the tickets before the opening of the places to visit... I received the tickets the same day after 11:00..not very convenient to organize.

Must visit these 2 places. Checking the timing and operation when u make a plan. My recommendation for visiting these places before 6pm so you can see the outside the architecture in the best. Book through this travel agency have better price then official website 😊. Their communicate is fast and reply message even at late night for ticket information

I bought the ticket for Sunday, April 24 that same day. I went to the museum but it was closed for private reasons which was indicated on Google but which I had not checked. The claimant also noticed it by checking on the internet and just told me that he could not refund me. So this provider (Peaceland Travel and Tourism) sold me an experience that did not exist today. I understand that it was not their responsibility that the place was closed but they did not offer me any solution and so just took my 16€ telling me “it is not our fault”. Since then, they have of course removed the links allowing me to leave a direct review on their site. It’s literally stealing. It is not normal to keep a payment for an item that does not exist on the day of purchase. No flexibility or customer service, they just call me “brother” in the WhatsApp conversation and tell me it’s nobody’s fault or “it’s just a 16€ payment, it’s okay” Fortunately I didn’t book a bigger amount with an unexpected “no one’s fault”. I legally deserve a refund. Run away from them is my advice.

You mentioned having a flight on November 23, so we requested to submit your flight details to process a partial refund, but we did not receive a response within 24 hours. Later, you requested a full refund and provided flight details to Viator/TripAdvisor. After reviewing, we found the flight was on November 24, which led us to believe the information shared with our team was not accurate. Since you have already used the Louvre Museum ticket and this is a non refundable combo offer, we are unable to provide a full refund. We hope this clarifies the situation, and we appreciate your understanding. We are happy to assist with using your tickets on a future visit.
The tour operator was very effective and collaborative with us, having changed our visiting hours at the last moment.
