A very complete exhibition, well set up and documented. I liked it a lot and I recommend it! The screen printing workshop is simple and a bit lacking (I expected more), but for the time it lasts and the space, it is sufficient to take home a good memory: Carlos, Daniel, and Carlota put all their effort and kindness into making it very enjoyable.
Thank you very much to Carlos, Daniel, and Carlota. The screen printing workshop was fantastic!
Very interesting, it is a way to enter the world of Banksy.
Very nice visit in the museum with reproductions of dozens of works. An atmosphere that goes perfectly with the artist. Exceptional screen printing workshop with 2 great animators , professional and attentive. I highly recommend it.
Bonjour, un grand merci pour votre retour ! Nous sommes ravis d'entendre que l'expérience vous a plu et que vous ayez apprécié les activités. Nous espérons vous revoir prochainement au musée !
Really fun experience! The screen printing was easy and a great way to start. Plan to do this first and then take the tour so your prints have time to dry. There are four pre-set Banksy artworks designs, and you add your own color. You’ll get four sheets of paper (and they’ll replace one if you make a mistake). I believe Carlos helped us—he was incredibly friendly and patient. It takes about an hour, and while they provide an apron, don’t wear your best clothes—the ink is permanent. Afterward, we joined the tour, and our docent was outstanding. She brought each piece to life with impressive knowledge and genuine passion. We left with a much deeper understanding of Banksy and a renewed appreciation for the powerful social and political messages in his work—many of which feel especially relevant today.
Thank you for such a thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed both the screen painting experience and the tour. It's great advice to start with the workshop first so the prints have time to dry! We'll make sure to share your kind words with Carlos and our team - they'll be so happy to hear they helped make your visit memorable. We're especially glad the experience gave you a deeper appreciation of Banksy's work and the powerful message behind it. We hope to welcome you again soon!
It was great, I liked it very much, it's very interesting. The workshop very fun, and with Carlos' help we enjoyed it
I did not expect too much from a Museum showing Graffitis (I expected photos of the art). The experience was amazing, though! They did an awesome job recreating the pieces of art and their surroundings. It's a really emersive experience. We also loved the little printing workshop, with the chance to take home some Self made Banksys of our own!
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are so glad to hear that you valued the curation and workshop here at the museum. We would love the opportunity to welcome you back again soon!
It has been a pleasant surprise to know this museum!! We did the guided tour with santiago, which was very attentive and has explained everything very well. We definitely recommend it!
My children loved it, we participated in the guided tour with Emanuela and ended with the Screen Printing workshop. The impact of these works is just incredible
What a pleasant surprise! I thought it was going to be three aftershocks and quite the opposite: it is an immersive experience in the life and work of the great anonymous artist of ¿Bristol? The exhibition includes the technique of stenciling, how the artist uses the environment where he performs his graffiti (holes in the walls, street mouths, cars), his activism in the conflict zones (Palestine, Ukraine) and the multiple social criticisms of our society through his rats and his passion: gratifi. Home sweet home! Highly recommended to go with the family and comment to the girl his works, his claims and his way of understanding art. You can also do the screen printing workshop for 8 or 9€ more. It is interesting that the little ones can try the plates and get sheets of one of their iconic works. I loved it. Now, one should ask “the artist of the ephemeral” who thinks that replicas of his works are part of a museum: “Commercial success is a sign of failure for any graffiti artist.”
