Your agent gave me an italian speaking group and we had to spend another 16 euros to buy audio . We are not happy!
Did you pay for the tour ? it was just the tickets you bought if it comes with an italian tour who told you to follow that you have got what you paid for
Terrible experience. First they couldn't honor our 12:30 booking time. They re booked us for 3pm and when we got there are tickets were for spanish not english. It was so crowded we could barely walk through. Total joke, don't waste your time or money on this scam We should have canceled and got a refund.
mr . lier with who did you booked a guided tour ? this product is not a guided tour at all you have paid for only tickets and complaining about guide & language guided tour cost is more double than what you have paid and do not just write random complaint to show how keen you are you are joking not us after being late arrival
This skip-the-line ticket was a game changer! We walked right past the crowds and got inside within minutes. It gave us so much more time to enjoy the masterpieces, especially the Sistine Chapel. Well worth booking in advance!
