This was one of the best and most complete underwater and aquarium experiences I have ever had 🐠✨ It felt very unique, and I don’t think many places can maintain and present an aquarium as beautifully and professionally as Dubai does. Everything was very clean, well organized, and truly impressive. The penguin area was especially special and different 🐧 It was a very unique experience to see them so closely, and it made the visit even more memorable. I highly recommend visiting this place if you are traveling to Dubai 🌟 I also suggest choosing the full package so you can enjoy all sections, including the penguins and other attractions. It is definitely worth it and an unforgettable experience ✨
Absolutely loved the aquarium and the underwater zoo. We really wanted to do the penguin experience but we were being met by our guide at a certain time on the exit so wouldn’t have had enough time. Loved the walk through tunnel the most and spent at lot of time in it. Only thing was our tour guide had our tickets on his device and scanned us in and we were asked to show our tickets numerous times throughout the attraction including in exiting and we couldn’t show as the tour guide was waiting for us at the end and he had them. We did manage to sort it on each occasion but not sure why they have to see your tickets so many times Especially on exit as you need to have tickets to get in! Other than that a really enjoyable experience and break from the heat outside.

Fantastic place to visit. If you don’t have time or want to pay, about 20% of the experience can be had for free just by spending sometime on the large tank wall facing into the mall. Tank tunnel is fascinating and the ride over the large tank and fish feeding are great items if you do the ultimate experience. So much to see in the smaller tanks and exhibits but the signage could definitely stand some significant improvement. Another negative is that the staff are not very knowledgeable.

Disappointed couldn’t open the ticket When call for assistance was told to call the provider lost time and did not get to see it I am asking for refund This is not the first time and will never recommend or use the services on this site Lana Levi
please note we have sent you multiple reminders for sending you barcoded tickets. we have tried calling you on your given number and sent you messages on whatsapp also but there was no response from your side. thanks
Dubai Mall aquarium was really cool, there was a lot to see, the tunnels to walk through were really cool, and the crocodile is huge! All in all we had a good time there, and would recommend to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit as there were lots of things to see and do. One of the best Aquariums you can visit great exhibits clean and well organised
