Denna turné är bra för dem som vill få en fullständig förståelse för Gustav Klimts konst genom att besöka de tre museerna som visar hans mest framstående verk. Vi börjar vid Belvedere-palatset. Det är här du kan se "Kyssen" och "Judith", de mest kända målningarna från den "gyllene perioden". "The Kiss" är ett av de mest ikoniska turistlandmärkena i staden, och vi börjar vår turné här för att förstå sammanhanget och ursprunget till Klimts konst. Därefter går vi till utställningshallen i Secession för att se Klimts största verk, "Beethoven-frisen". Detta är det enda verk av denna konstnär som medvetet helt omger betraktaren, vilket betyder att det här är din chans att bli ett med konsten. Vårt tredje stopp är Leopoldmuseet. Här hittar vi "Döden och livet". Vi kommer att undersöka denna duk i detalj för att förstå varför den var så betydelsefull för hans konstnärliga karriär. Vi kommer också att ta en titt på Klimts landskap för att se hans mognad och slutföra vår rundtur i hans konstnärliga arv.

- Från och med den 30 mars 2027, på grund av renoveringsarbeten vid övre Belvedere, kommer den första delen av denna tur att äga rum vid nedre Belvedere (Unteres Belvedere). Alla de stora mästerverken från samlingen, inklusive Gustav Klimts *Kyssen*, flyttas dit under renoveringen, så du kommer garanterat att se dem på vår turné.

Highly educated solid formed large historian. Julia is a pleasure to get a further understanding approve Gustav Klimt was and what factors influenced his work. Music and in particular Beethoven & Wagner. She is not a museum guide, thankfully. Rather choose an educator.

We had an unforgettable experience and learned a great deal about Klimt, thanks to the very enthusiasic and knowledgeable guide. We enjoyed every minute of it to say the least. Towards the end of the tour my wife felt quite ill suddenly. Our guide help us to get to a general hospital to get emergency care. We truly appreciate her help and the great intro she gave into Klimt himself and his work.

This was one of two tours we took with Julia. Both were excellent. My wife and I knew very little about Klimt other than "The Kiss" and "The Woman in Gold" and essentially nothing about his life or the scope of his work. This tour was great not only because we learned so much about Klimt and the evolution of his work, but we visited three outstanding venues all of which are interesting in their own right. Julia has a talent for explaining and illustrating how his art evolved pointing out the transitions as they occurred in his work. Incredibility fascinating and more importantly, fun and enjoyable. Julia is a pleasure to learn from, and we highly recommend her. My guess is every tour she has curated would be great based on the two experiences we had with her (our other tour was the must see masterpieces of the Museum of Art History (Kunsthistorisches Museum).
