One of the highlights of my 2 week vacation in Italy. Chef Carmen and the staff were absolutely amazing to be with and learn from. The food we were guided to make ended up being one of the top meals I had in Italy!!
This was the best experience and I could not recommend this more to anyone thinking of trying. Carmen was exceptional and made the class feel so authentic and made it so fun. 1000/10

If you're visiting Sorrento, do yourself a favour and book a cooking class with Chef Carmen! It exceeded every expectation I had and was, without a doubt, the best experience of my entire trip to Italy. Not only did I learn how to make two types of fresh pasta from scratch and an incredible limoncello tiramisu, but I also laughed more than I have in ages. We danced, we sang, we cooked, and we created memories that I'll cherish for a lifetime. Chef Carmen made everyone feel so welcome, and the whole experience was the perfect mix of learning, fun, and authentic Italian hospitality. I left with new cooking skills, a full stomach, and unforgettable memories. I honestly cannot recommend this experience enough. If you're in Sorrento, don't miss it!
Carmen is absolutely wonderful...makes sure you understand what to do and helps you out if having trouble! Can't wait to try to make the Gnocchi at home. If you are ever in the area in Sorrento, definitely book one of her classes

WE HAD AN AMAZING TIME WITH CARMEN SO SO SO MUCH FUN. I would 100% recommend go to this cooking class, we had so much fun and learned a lot while making two types of pasta and a dessert!!!!
Chef Carmen was warm and funny and very authentic. She poured us unlimited glasses of Prosecco and Lemoncello. Her Lemoncello was the smoothest we had tasted, delicious. We were amazed how easy it is to make fresh pasta. The tiramisu and the parmigiana were outstanding. A very enjoyable morning and lunch with Carmen. Grazie Mille, Lols, Dee, Rebecca and Rachel xx
Carmel was AMAZING. So knowledgeable and fun. Taught us a lot and was a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting sorrento
