Melissanis grotta i Kefalonia ligger strax utanför Sami. Det är en av de mest dramatiska platserna för turister att besöka i Grekland. Det finns en vacker sjö inne i grottan som har vackra träd och skogar som omger den. Själva grottan är B-formad. Taket på en av salarna grävde ner sig för århundraden sedan och släppte in vackert solljus. Sjöns djup är 20 till 30 meter. Efter en kort transfertid har du chansen att ta en båttur på sjön. Det finns cirka 7 roddbåtar som tar cirka 10 personer i varje. Guiderna förklarar hur sjön bildades.
Ta en fotografering till Myrtos Beach Famous View Point, en av de mest populära attraktionerna i Kefalonia. Det ligger 29 km norr om Argostoli, i ett charmigt område omgivet av vackra kullar. Myrtos-stranden har fått världsrykte. Den har blivit framröstad som bästa stranden i Grekland många gånger!
Vi passerar den vackra lagunen Argostoli, bredvid den gamla bron, och favoritplatsen var sköldpaddorna Careta Careta simma. Om vi hinner stannar vi också.

I had an amazing experience thanks to our wonderful tour guide Giota! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our trip took us to Myrtos beach, Melissani lake, Antisamos beach and Drogarati cave. Antisamos beach was not part of the tour I booked but was an added surprise. I loved everything but my favorites were Myrtos beach and Melissani lake. The color of the water was so beautiful. We were provided water and umbrellas to use at Myrtos. Antisamos has free sun beds if you buy a drink. Antisamos beach was featured in the movie Captain Corelli’s Mandolin. Giota was so helpful throughout the experience. I highly recommend this tour!

We spent very pleasant hours in truly enchanting places… The company came to pick us up at our studio, then took us to Argostoli where we met our group and our guide! Giota, our guide/driver, was exceptional, very helpful and friendly, she provided us with information throughout the excursion and tried to accommodate our needs! Absolutely not to be missed is the visit to Antisamos, a truly wonderful place!
