Driver was not informed about our flight delay even when I sent the notice… the flight tracker service was not provided
Such a great experience, the driver was on time and was very responsive. They had everything we needed to travel with my 2 children as well. I highly recommend!

Communication was great - sent messages through Viator and WhatsApp. Driver was on time, reliable, safe and friendly driver. Would recommend.
Horrible experience. Arranges to have driver meet us at airport to make trip from airport to hotel seamless. It was anything but. i contacted co ahead of time to advise them flight was hours late so please check airline details ahead of time. i also contacted the. when i landed , was going thru customs and once at meeting point. company advised driver had left!!! Company was totally unprofessional and i have requested a full refund. i have never dealt with a transportation company who was so unreliable and ill equipped to provide proper transportation service.

Unfortunately, your flight was delayed multiple times — something entirely out of your or our control — and due to our tightly scheduled operations and multiple bookings, the originally assigned driver could not continue waiting beyond the standard limit. Please note that we had already processed your refund as a gesture of goodwill, even though significant delays often fall under airline accountability. We recommend submitting a reimbursement request to the airline, especially if the delay exceeded 3 hours, as they may cover your additional transport costs under EU passenger rights. Again, we truly regret the experience did not meet expectations, and we are reviewing our internal protocols to improve our handling of extreme flight delays in the future.
Traveled with 6 adults. Our driver sent easy instructions to follow to the pick up spot outside the airport. We also communicated by text and he picked us up on time. The van was roomy and clean. Very happy with our transfer.

This company is great for business transportation from the airport. The driver was early at pick up, good signage, very neat vehicle, courteous and above all, a very professional outfit. The driver updated us with time to our destination and was completely hassle free. Couldn’t ask for more after 35 hours of flight time. Our organisation will use this service every time we visit Berlin on business into the future.
