Beskrivning
Judar spreds över hela världen efter att ha förvisats från sitt land. Många bosatte sig i Centraleuropa och höll fast vid sin gamla tro och sina gamla seder mitt i ständiga förföljelser. Tyskland, inklusive Berlin, uteslöt judarna från det dagliga livet, men de insisterade på att integrera sig och fick så småningom fullständiga rättigheter som medborgare. Från isolerade getton och samhällen klättrade de till en inflytelserik social position inom ekonomi, vetenskap, kultur och den nya framväxande demokratiska politiken i Tyskland tills nazisterna tog makten. Turnén kommer att berätta historien om den judiska församlingen i Berlin och Tyskland och nazisternas försök att utrota dem från Europa. Denna tur har en speciell betydelse för mig eftersom jag härstammar från europeiska judar och jag finner intresse för judarnas historia i Europa och Berlin. Jag vill gärna dela med mig av denna kunskap och ta dig genom denna fascinerande historiska upplevelse.

This was a great tour- Jacob did an amazing job customizing the tour to cover areas of Berlin that we hadn’t seen yet. He took us to spots that we never would have uncovered ourselves while sharing great insights of the Jewish history of the city. Highly recommend!!

I've taken Nadav's tours on a couple of occasions and find them excellent. Extremely informative and also passionately delivered, these tours from Nadav give great insight into Jewish life and history in Berlin. I would heartily recommend them for businesses or for private groups and I will definitely be using Nadav's services again. They can also be tailor-made, so please ask him in advance if there's something specific that you need.
Nadev is an excellent guide and a very nice and kind person. We enjoy the tour and highly recommend him. Three hours of tour passed like five minutes, the explanations were fascinating
I took Nadav for a tour, and learned so much about Jewish life in Berlin, I understood the holocaust from different perspective, and enriched myself much about the Jewish life before the Nazis!
We walked a great deal and got to some interesting places. But would have liked to have a stop at the museum at the holocaust memorial and at the synagogue.
Many thanks to Nadav, for providing a comprehensive walking tour of the many Jewish sites in Berlin. He communicated his deep knowledge of the subject in an understandable way. The pace was just right and I'm glad I did a walking tour instead of a driving tour. All the sites were easily accessible on foot.
