Wasn’t in English as suggested when I booked. Then we asked as people on our table and it was to much trouble to explain how the device they handed to us worked.
Excellent cruise and information. Only issue was a crew member smoking in front of us while on the boat. I have asthma and it made me cough.
How smart to see Berlin like that. the boat was lovely and clean and when we booked it we did not know we had table service. I really enjoyed the river cruise in Berlin, it is a brilliant experience. the staff were excellent. So glad we booked this, it was a lovely way to spend the morning and money well spent. Highly recommended.
A leisurely 1 hour cruise with recorded commentary. Gives a different perspective to some of the sites when seen from the river.
Unfortunately we waited in vain 30 minutes for the ship, no message, no phone number available...
We booked on this trip only to arrive and learn that it had been cancelled. It is showing as a past trip and I have been asked for a review by Viator despite contacting them to tell them it was cancelled. They have not responded to my messages
Very bad experience, booked the tour via trip advisor, it was cancelled without any notification-we only found out when we phoned the company after waiting in the cold for 35 minutes. Have contacted the company and Tripadvisor for a refund and still have not heard anything back. Extremely disappointed in the service!
Views were good. Only downfall was the listening device provided. One did not work at all and one had the battery die. So... I got to see the views but not sure what I was looking at as the tour was in German.
The Spree trip did not take place because the Spree was closed. The trip should not have been offered at all. But I got my ticket costs refunded.
The VIATOR barcode does not work when boarding the boat, so the boat attendant looked up my name and only found one ticket purchased so I had to convince them that I purchased more by showing them my email from VIATOR. The process of confirming that I had the required tickets was holding up the boarding process so they let us board. They also said the price that I paid was too expensive and should purchase tickets directly from them at the boat.
