The company contacted us the day before our arrival to get our arrival information. The driver was there when we landed, and messaged us on WhatsApp to tell us where to meet him. All went smoothly and car was very comfortable and clean.
Got us from the airport to the vrbo and then from the vrbo to the train station a couple days later. They were late upon arrival and lacked communication upon departure but over all we made it. Didn’t help with luggage, I would think they would for the price.
Very good! Extremely punctual and attentive driver. Hours before my arrival, I received a msg from the driver passssndo the instructions. It was perfect!
The driver was very professional and accommodating to our group. He came to meeting spot and escorted us to his van. He was knowledgeable about area and even pointed out major sights. I would rate his service A1.
That they will be reaching out to you about 24 hours in advance to get additional information from you. It should help your pick up go more smoothly.

Good communication and had contact the minute got off the plane. Driver was there and told us to call him.
Our private transfer from BER airport to AbNB near Checkpoint Charlie never showed up at airport. There was no communication about where we were even supposed to meet our driver at the terminal (HAD HE ACTUALLY SHOW UP). And now I’m getting ZERO response on my request for refund of over USD $100. I am hopeful they will make this right but so far it’s not a good start.
On the confirmation the vendor asked specifically for a Whats App or IMessage number. They were given that number. However they did not text that number at the airport and thus never picked us up. Viator refused to refund even though we never received the text advising of the location of the driver. And we called Viator customer service from the airport and they were unable to get ahold of the vendor either. We ended up paying half the price for a taxi to our hotel. Overpriced and poor customer service
