Turen avgår från Neptunusfontänen. Under dagen kommer du att njuta av en av de bästa utflykterna i Berlin och upptäcka de mest spännande kapitlen i dess historia på viktiga platser - allt i en bekväm och högkvalitativ upplevelse.
Första stoppet blir koncentrationslägret. Under besöket får vi lära oss om fångarnas dagliga arbete och hur vardagen utvecklades i lägret, genom de byggnader som har överlevt än idag. Vi kommer att få en förståelse för platsens komplexa historia genom de olika monument som har placerats vid minnesmärket genom tiderna, formade av olika ideologier och historiska perioder. Vi kommer att besöka platser som: -"Dödsmarscher" Utställning - Torn A: Säkerhetsåtgärder och straff - Litet läger: Baracker 38 och 39 - Lägerfängelset - Kök och tvättmöjligheter - Sovjetmonumentet från 1961 - Station Z - Sjukhus och bårhus
Efter att ha besökt lägret beger vi oss till Potsdam. Denna stad blev så småningom ett kungligt residens, vilket medförde mycket av den prakt vi ser idag — palats och trädgårdar där kungafamiljer och deras hov en gång styrde och promenerade. Vi kommer att utforska staden tillsammans med vår Guide och även njuta av lite fritid att upptäcka den i vår egen takt.

Very informative tour, well organised, the tour guide Walid was well-informed, kind and answered all the questions.

He was very knowledgeable about world events and how they affected the rise of Hitler. He answered everything the group asked about.
Wahel made the tour interstitial g and linked many of the events to modern day. My teenage sons enjoyed his delivery and level of detail

Densely packed interesting tour with a guide Walid who was knowledgeable funny and friendly. You’ll get only about 10-15 minutes between stops to explore freely so use the time wisely if you’re interested in the camp museums etc. Bring good walking shoes and water.

As this tour combines two very different and important destinations—Sachsenhausen Memorial and Potsdam—we do need to carefully manage the schedule to make sure guests can enjoy both in a single day. That's why the time at some stops is more limited. Once in Potsdam, however, you'll have free time to explore the city at your own pace, have lunch, and enjoy its beautiful streets before we return. It was a long day but it didn’t feel like it because Wahid our tour guide made it interesting. He was fun and shared as much info with us as he could. Definitely a good tour to learn some history of the camp and Postdam. Be ready to walk around a lot despite getting to the sites on a bus.

This is a fantastic way to see Sachsenhausen and Potsdam. Our guide, Walid, was very knowledgeable and looked after us really well. I thoroughly enjoyed this trip! It was thought-provoking in the morning at the concentration camp. The afternoon was spent on the beautiful surroundings of Potsdam.

My only criticism with this tour is that it is bilingual. So half of the time on the bus I had to just look around as I didn't understand what was being said. That aside, our English speaking guide, Walid, was phenomenal. He was deeply knowledgeable of all aspects of the tour and have great stories and descriptions for the history of what had occurred. Walid's friendly personality really helped guide us through the true horrors that we had to process. Without our guide, we wouldn't have understood as much about the locations just walking through them. Would recommend (so long as you don't mind sitting out half of the bus ride.)
