Vi börjar turnén med en bekväm hämtning från vårt kontor, som ligger nära stadens centrum. Därifrån tar vi oss till Ninas hus, som ligger i hjärtat av Berats historiska slott. Vid ankomsten till Ninas hus kommer du att välkomnas med ett varmt välkomnande från vår lokala värd och expertkock. Matlagningskursen börjar med en kort introduktion till de rätter vi kommer att tillaga. Du kommer att få alla nödvändiga ingredienser och utrustning, och vår expertkock guidar dig genom varje steg i processen. Du kommer att ha möjlighet att förbereda två eller tre traditionella albanska rätter, beroende på dina preferenser och tillgänglighet. Några möjliga rätter inkluderar fyllda auberginer, Fërgesë (en traditionell albansk maträtt gjord på paprika, tomater och ost), När tillagningen är klar är det dags att sitta ner och njuta av måltiden du har förberett! Great cooking class with mama Nina in a restaurant in the castle. We had a great visit with Mikal who helped with translation and generally kept the conversation flowing. Wonderful experience with lovely people. The food was delish!

We loved the experience. Our guesthouse owners arranged it themself. It was a fun night with cooking, seeing then Albanian experience. The people are really welcoming you into there life/houses. 10/10

We had such a wonderful experience at this cooking class and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berat. The cooking was great fun, and we learned how to make some delicious traditional Albanian dishes in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight, though, was the people. Nina and Mikael were incredibly kind, warm, and friendly, making us feel like guests in their home rather than tourists. They shared stories about Albanian culture and made the whole experience both enjoyable and memorable. If you’re looking for an authentic experience with amazing hosts and fantastic food, don’t miss this cooking class. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Albania!
