We made this booking. Then, I immediately got a message advising on the pickup time from the hotel . Glad we took their advice we got to the airport and the airport were packed with people. Thank you
Driver did not come. Had trouble contacting the service. Finally did and they had to send an other driver.
So the first driver that went to pick you up got hit by a drunk driver, this is why he wasn't picking up my call that night. but then i immediately sent you another driver. Later that night, we got a call from the ambulance and they informed us of what had happened. Sorry you had to wait for another 10 minutes for him to arrive.

My flight was early morning like 3:50am. I arranged the service and someone picked me up from my hotel at 1am. It was little late and I was kinda worried that I did not have other option if the driver did not show up. But the driver showed up on time and provided amazing service. I felt safe and happy. Driver was on time and ensured I made it to the airport with enough time to get through the madness that is Beirut Airport. I wanted to leave later but listened to my driver and left earlier. I am glad I did.
