Efter 50 minuters promenad för att nå Tortuga Bay, kommer vi att mötas av två olika ansikten på denna fantastiska vita sandstrand. Först passerar vi "Playa Brava", ett paradis för surfare. Sedan går vi mot en lugn pool där vi kan observera stora marina leguaner på nära håll när de solar sig. Vi fortsätter vår resa mot en utsiktspunkt som erbjuder spektakulär utsikt över kusten, innan vi når andra sidan av Tortuga Bay, där en underbar strand med mycket lugnt vatten erbjuder den perfekta platsen för vår snorkelaktivitet. Vi kommer också att utforska en stig som leder oss till iakttagelser av olika endemiska fågelarter. Efter denna utforskningspromenad kommer du att ha möjlighet att snorkla från stranden, i mycket lugnt vatten och längs de vackra mangroveskogarna, till några gömda platser med många havssköldpaddor, rockor och små baby revhajar som din lokala undervattensspecialist kommer att leda du med. På vägen tillbaka går vi bekvämt ombord på en motorbåt till Puerto Ayora.

We got a briefing the evening before the trip and met Omar, who was our guide. He was born and raised here and knew lots of history and the plants, birds and animals. He suggested a kayak tour of tortuga bay that was perfect. Besides numerous turtles, we saw golden rays and reef sharks - best excursion experience we’ve ever had. Omar and his coworkers—the best! They even made us a dinner reservation for that evening.

Our snorkeling tour in the Galápagos, led by our incredible guide Yaz, was amazing! From start to finish, Yaz made sure our experience was safe, fun, and full of unforgettable moments. Yaz’s deep knowledge of the islands and marine life added so much value to the tour. He pointed out hidden wonders we would have missed on our own and shared fascinating facts about the unique ecosystem. His passion for conservation and respect for nature was inspiring and made us appreciate the Galápagos even more. The snorkeling itself was breathtaking! Yaz ensured everyone felt comfortable, no matter their skill level, and his enthusiasm was contagious. It was the highlight of our trip, and we can’t recommend it enough!
Yaz was amazing! His knowledge of the flora and fauna is unmatched. He is very friendly and welcoming. His stories are very interesting and tells the history of the islands while you are on them, giving context to what you are seeing. He is able to answer many questions and has a very bright smile. You can tell that he loves sharing his island with visitors. I would 100% reccomend a tour here as Yazmany is a terrific guide and was my personal favourite from the tours i did!
We were on a cruise for 4 days and Jaz was pur guide for the time. It was Incredible nice. His knowledge about the island is huge! Every question has been answered. Also his snorkeling skills are incredible. We saw practicly everything we could wish for regarding marine life. I can highly recommend Jaz as a guide. Best holidays in my entire life! It was certainly a wonderful trip and we brought back many memories, in photos and videos. During the preparation of the script, Stephanie was very attentive and made several suggestions. When we arrived in Galapagos, we were very well received and guided by Daniel and Omar. They are very receptive, organized and helpful. The agency has an excellent team to serve tourists. As for the tours, they were all wonderful. We loved getting to know a little about marine life and the snorkeling activities were certainly enough for that. Isabela Island has many interesting options. It was great that we stayed there for a few days. We would definitely recommend Guiding!
