Excellent, fun, interesting and delicious cooking class, to start our San Sebastián vacation off! Would highly recommend for those who love food and cooking, and are interested in seeing the markets where the ingredients come from.
This tour was fab, Carlos answered all our quest as we walked around the market buying produce we needed for our meal. He really was the expert as he helped us to prepare our 3 courses and clau was equally great guiding and clearing up all the mistakes and mess we made! It is a full 3 course meal accompanied by wine so you will need to come with a lot of appetite! I would highly recommend.
Carlos was fantastic - we have been to Sam Sebastian three times and wish we went to his class on the first time. We learned so much about Basque cuisine and all the food and wine was delicious! 🤤

This class was great! Carlos is awesome and really knows his stuff. He made it a lot of fun. We learned a lot, made and ate some great dishes, and had some good laughs. The wine pairings were great as well. We had family ranging from 19 to 58, and everyone loved it.
Very nice experience with our family (teenagers). Good quality and interesting details. You can ask anything about traditions, ingredients, preparation etc.
Carlos is awesome. This is definitely worth doing and pretty reasonably priced as well. Carlos really knows his stuff and makes it fun. You'll love it!

Very fun experience. It was my first cooking class. The dishes were not complicated but the flavor was amazing. I enjoyed the market tour and the time to sit and chat while we ate. I learned a few great cooking tips along the way too. If you are not a big eater you may want to not eat all your first dish to save room for later.
