Gör dig redo för en autentisk upplevelse i hjärtat av Bari, på en hemlig plats som bevarar den sanna andan i det apuliska köket. I sällskap med en lokal guide får du smutsa ner händerna och tillaga två symboler för tradition: focaccia barese, gatumatens drottning, mjuk och krispig med saftiga körsbärstomater, som till och med har slagit focaccia genovese i en utmaning till sista tuggan, och den handgjorda orecchietten, tillagad enligt Baris uråldriga teknik, hyllad av New York Times som ett kulturarv som ska skyddas. Efter lektionen sitter vi vid bordet för att njuta av frukterna av vårt arbete tillsammans, tillsammans med ett gott lokalt vin och berättelser som doftar av tradition. Camilla and Marica made a great effort and there was a family atmosphere. Italy, Australia, USA, and Austria at one table! We like!

Had an amazing time with Luciana and Mariella. It was a fantastic class and I feel ready to practice. Mariella made the technique approachable and showed us some more traditional techniques as well.

Very nice experience. But not really worth all the money in my honest opinion for what you’re getting in the end. A little plate of pasta and some drinks. Ofcourse you’re learning the pasta making, but with a group of 10 persons we felt it was little bit too crowded. Host and guide is very kind.

Absolutely great experience. Camille came to pick us up and brought us to the secret pastalab where we were thought how to make focaccia and orichette by Mariëlle. It was easy to follow the instructions and a lovely way to learn new skills. You get to eat, drink and make food.
