Börja på Boqueria Market, en av de bästa matmarknaderna i världen. När din Guide leder dig genom de mönstrade gångvägarna, kommer du att lära dig om katalanska mattraditioner och även njuta av en provning av nougat och oliver. Därefter utforskar du den natursköna strandpromenaden Ramblas. Njut av energin från denna tidigare marknad och ta några bilder av utomhuskaféer och den ovanliga Miró-mosaiken. I de gotiska kvarteren kan du upptäcka Santa Caterina-marknaden, stadens första täckta marknad, med ett böljande, färgglatt tak och ruiner av ett medeltida kloster. Vi stannar också till vid en caganerbutik för att höra historien om en av Kataloniens märkligaste traditioner. Besök sedan kyrkan Santa Maria del Mar och slutligen El Born Market, en slående byggnad som nu rymmer resterna av stadsdelen Born.

Markets run through. A basic into to see where the markets are but only in the st. Joseph market we had a few minutes to visit a few stalls with the guide and taste a couple items. Then 10 minutes to shop before racing through the streets to the next destinations. Perrine was very informative and easy to interact. On a hot 40° day, it's tough to keep her pace tho.
