Our driver was respectful and attentive. Car was as advertised, which is not often the case. He transported us efficiently.

I finally hung with the vendor at 9:29. we got a taxi and arrived at the hotel At the hotel. we were told that the hotel did not . As the agent for this group I have suggested that Viator send the drivers phone number so they can communicate directly with their passengers.

Company unprofessional , driver was late and based on picture and price needed a large vehicle as we needed room for extra luggage . They showed up in sedan . Driver was pleasant and trying to help but clearly we had no room for luggage he called the company and they would not help at all or send a mother vehicle . Had to call company where the manager or whoever it took our call was rude and unprofessional and not willing to help or send a larger vehicle blamed me when the app had no option for size of vehicle I even asked if he could send a second vehicle And just said NO, wasn’t willing help or give any customer service He sent driver home I requested full refund and was not at all accommodating and said no that it’s my fault So I had to get a taxi wasted 2 hours now going through Viator to help me get a refund as well I would not use this company waste of a lot of money and there’s other companies that are cheaper and better customer service I should’ve just used the taxi service which was a lot more pleasant service

Our driver was very nice but did not show up for st least an hour. I think he was sent in at the last because someone in the office hadn’t followed thru. The car was nice and clean. Also our confirmation was showing up twice. Hoping we weren’t billed twice.

The driver was 1/2 hour late and we were going to the airport for an international flight. This caused us much angst. We were concerned that we would miss our flight. And the driver’s side window was broken

I want to offer some constructive feedback for future travelers. If your company regularly provides airport pickups from Barcelona Airport, you should let customers know that clearing passport control and customs can easily take two hours or more. As someone visiting Barcelona for the first time, I had no way of knowing this, but your company certainly does. Because I wasn’t made aware of the potential delay, I arrived to find that my driver had already left. I was then informed that drivers do not wait for passengers delayed by customs, regardless of the reason. That left me scrambling to find a yellow taxi just to get to my hotel after a long international flight. What was most disappointing was that the only solution offered was to pay additional fees instead of acknowledging that this is a common situation for international arrivals. A simple disclaimer in your booking confirmation explaining that customs can take over two hours and that drivers cannot wait would have prevented this entire experience. It would set realistic expectations and save future customers unnecessary stress and unexpected transportation costs. I hope you take this feedback seriously because it’s an easy change that would significantly improve the customer experience.

The driver communicated promptly with my pickup questions and the whole experience was smooth. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service, driver in impeccable suit, was waiting for us at the airport with a sign to my name, offered us waters and his car will go impeccable, highly recommended, I will rebook it

When I booked the service, I was able to put the address of the hotel I was staying at which was an hour away from airport. The reservation was accepted, and I even messaged them to coordinate time for flight arrival. However, when I arrived they told me that it was out of their drop off zone and had to pay the difference which was double the original price.

Don’t hire this company. The drivers are crooks. Save yourself from stress. It was already paid but we were charged again for additional damages for flight being delayed for only 30 minutes.
