Pestoklass & vinprovning Unik möjlighet att lära känna vår källare, dess historia, dess viner, den heroiska vinodlingen i Cinqueterre. - Vingårdsturer: Vi tar dig med på en rundtur i BarCa-källaren och de historiska vingårdarna i familjen Barrani-Capellini, och illustrerar de olika vinframställningsprocesserna, från druvskörd till tappning. -Vinprovning: Du kommer att smaka på de olika typerna av vin: BarCa Cinqueterre DOC, Rosaluna rosévin och Memento cru vitt vin direkt i vingården med utsikt över havet, långt från turistkaoset i Cinqueterre. -Pesto klass: Provningen kommer att åtföljas av en pestoklass där du kommer att vara den som kokar din basilikapesto direkt i morteln och upptäcker hemligheterna bakom familjereceptet! Jag kommer att vänta på dig vid ingången till staden Volastra för att följa med dig på ett besök i vår källare där vi kommer att förklara de viktigaste vinframställningsprocesserna, vår historia och ursprunget till Cinqueterre-vinet. Vi kommer att förklara skillnaderna ur produktionssynpunkt i tillverkningen av våra olika typer av vin: BarCa Cinqueterre doc", havsvin som fullt ut representerar Cinqueterre, "Memento" vin, macererat vin som kommer från ett urval av våra äldsta vingårdar och "Rosaluna" vin, rosévin. Efter besöket i källaren får du sällskap på en rundtur i vingårdarna längs Manarola-Volastra-stigen. På vingården kommer vi att förklara de olika skillnaderna mellan de tre druvsorterna i Cinqueterre: Bosco, Arbarola och Vermentino. Sedan kommer vi att smaka på de tre typerna av vin: BarCa Cinqueterre DOC, Memento vitt vin och Rosaluna rosévin direkt i vingården, en unik och unmissable upplevelse att gå in och lära sig om vinvärlden.

The host was good the wines are nice. The view and the hike is really pretty. Only do the hike down if you are comfortable with heights.
The views were absolutely stunning, you’re much higher in the mountains than the cinque Terre so you have an amazing view! It was easy to get there from the neighboring village via train and then a bus up to the vineyard, and the host kindly met us at the bus stop. The wine was fantastic and the pesto was good, but I wish they spent a bit more time talking about their wine, the area, etc. as we made the pesto. I also thought it would be a bit more food, don’t plan on this being a dinner, but it was good food and wine with a gorgeous view!
There’s a short walk down to the winery and we learned so much about the process of wine and pesto making. It was so beautiful and extremely fun.
Such a highlight of our trip! Getting to Volastra was super easy thanks to Andrea’s helpful directions and tips. The vineyard is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views all around. The pesto class was fun, authentic, and delicious, and the wine tasting made the experience even better. Such a special moment in Cinque Terre — highly recommended!
Wow, what a wonderful time we had! We loved finding this gem! The winery was just beautiful and so amazing how they work it in the side of those steep hills. Making pesto looking over the beautiful Ligurian Sea could not have been more beautiful! It was also very private & personal! Thank you to the BarCa, we will be back & will always recommend you! Wine was delicious too!

We got the explanation from Andrea's cousin, he did great. A kind man. The view was beautiful in the vineyard with the sunset. Great wines (3) and delicious foccacia eaten with homemade pesto! Highly recommended!
This was one of the highlights of our trip and I’m so glad I came across this tour. The views are absolutely stunning, especially since our tour time is near sunset time. It is on the mountaintops, so we had a view of the Ligurian sea while making pesto, eating warm focaccia, and trying out great wines. We each bought a few bottles to take home to share with friends and family. Andrea and Laurenzo were very kind hosts, and we loved learning about the family winery and of Liguria in general. They were very patient and gracious with our questions which we appreciate! The whole experience is so lovely, and while I took a bunch of pictures they cannot capture the smell of the fresh air, and the sun and wind on the skin. I cannot recommend this enough!
Great experience and customer service from pre-experience communication to directing us to bus stop after the event, Andrea and Lorenzo were fantastic. Outstanding wine, location and views. Pesto making was fun. Highly recommended. Tony
