Confusion about meeting point, which was not Tom's fault, or ours, meant the tour was an hour late starting. Luckily Tom waited for us, so we didn't miss out on the tour. Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did expect that cost of transport would be included in price of tour

I’ve had a few different hosts during my trip, and Tom stands out by far. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very intentional in how he plans the day. What made this experience so special is that it was not a standard “tourist” tour. It was completely tailored. We moved away from typical tourist spots and I got to really experience the real Thailand. Tom went out of his way and shared history, culture, and local insight I saw places and understood things I would never have discovered on my own. Everything was seamless from start to finish. What a great tour of Bangkok!Thinking ahead and knowing our time was short (4 hours), Kat booked us an air conditioned van to expedite our travel between locations.
