Not an active tour. Rode in a nice, clean vehicle and guide, Steve, pointed to landmarks through the windows.

I really enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it. Ira was an excellent guide and was able to share so many fantastic facts and history about Baltimore. If staying in Baltimore I recommend this tour early in your stay to get a great lay of the land and recommendations on sites to see more in depth and even some restaurants to try. Ira does all kinds of tours so I hope to take another one when I’m back in town.
