06:00 - 06:15 Ankomst till startområdet, luftballongfärd med start minuter efter soluppgång, vilket låter dig uppleva fantastisk utsikt över den arkeologiska zonen från det ögonblick du lyfter, omgiven av färgglada luftballonger i en privilegierad startzon. *Flygning över arkeologisk zon begränsas av väderförhållanden som avgör vindriktningen. Detta är en delad ballongflygning. För klockan 07:00 är du beroende av återkomsten av soluppgångens luftballongfärd från klockan 05:00, starten skulle vara mellan 07:30 och 08:00. Vi rekommenderar att endast boka denna flygning om klockan 05:00 är fullbokad, med tanke på att ballongens återkomst kan variera beroende på landningsplats och andra logistiska faktorer. Ballongflyget klockan 07:00 är tänkt för dem som inte kunde hitta plats under klockan 05:00 och som önskar vara i Mexico City för sista dagarna eller är sista chansen att uppleva det på grund av schemat.
Efter din ballongfärd tas du till restaurang la Gruta, en naturlig grottrestaurang, för att njuta av frukost och en fantastisk utsikt. När du väljer all inclusive-paketet kommer du att bli skjutsad tillbaka till Mexico City med avlämning i Independence-ängeln på grund av trafiken i Mexico City.

Fun trip, smooth planning and communication with the guide! Very nice all inclusive package
What an amazing experience!! I am left speechless to express the emotion I felt in every activity we did. Initially in the balloon, the pilot was very attentive, kind, and his experience was evident; it is too incredible to fly in a balloon, you feel a calm in the air that I cannot explain, I would do it 1000 times again. Then at the grotto we had breakfast and the place is too beautiful and it amazes me how inside that place there is so much magic, so much flavor and folklore; I loved having breakfast in such a different place full of history. Finally we finished with the tour of the pyramids and our guide was 20/10, a man in whom you could see the love and passion when telling us the whole history of the place and every minimal detail there was to tell in the story; I truly loved every place and every person who treated us with so much love, respect, and professionalism.
Such a good experience. Super organized, well paced, friendly staff, good communication. Diego was a great tour guide and Itsa as well. It was cold on the hot air balloon but hot at the temples so I recommend bringing layers. There are good bathrooms throughout the tour. The food was amazing.
Our experience was great! From morning until afternoon. They picked us up in front of our hotel and Alex took charge of taking us around visiting the various excursions. From there, Augustin took charge while he took us on the hot air balloon. Everything was very smooth, safe, and beautiful! Jessie accompanied us as a guide throughout, making sure we were in agreement with every stage of our excursion. 100% recommended!

We had a great time celebrating my son’s 21st birthday with the sunrise balloon ride, breakfast in a cave, mescal tasting, and climbing the moon temple. Such a wonderful way to spend the day. The entire team was excellent and the people in our tour group was great. Special thanks to Diego for such an informative tour of Teotihuacan! And to the men who helped land multiple balloons, you were amazing!!! Excellent team work!
The experience was incredible! My sister and I went on a Monday, and although we couldn't fly that day due to weather conditions, Aerostat (specifically Sara) helped us reschedule for the next day. On Monday we continued with the rest of the tour, and we loved the breakfast at La Gruta and the guided tour of the pyramids of Teotihuacán. Then on Tuesday we completed our flight and the experience with our pilot Alejandro was excellent. I would go again if my friends visit me in CDMX!

We had an amazing experience overall! We originally booked the full tour for Monday, including the hot-air balloon ride. Unfortunately, due to poor weather conditions, the balloon flight had to be cancelled for safety reasons. The company handled the situation extremely well and gave us the choice of continuing with the rest of the tour, rescheduling, or receiving a refund. We really appreciated how flexible and accommodating they were. We decided to continue with the rest of the tour with our guide, Itza, and had a fantastic time exploring the pyramids at Teotihuacán. Itza was a brilliant guide — she was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and great company throughout the day. We also had breakfast at La Gruta, the incredible restaurant inside a cave, which was such a unique experience and a great addition to the tour. Although the balloon ride couldn’t go ahead that day, we decided to reschedule it for the following morning. The company arranged our pick-up for an additional fee, and everything was very well organised from start to finish. We were so happy that we still had the opportunity to experience the balloon ride, and it was definitely worth coming back for! Our pilot, Alex, was amazing and made us feel completely at ease throughout the flight. The views over Teotihuacán were incredible, and we really enjoyed the whole experience. Overall, we were extremely impressed with how the company handled the unexpected weather cancellation and made sure we were still able to enjoy everything we had planned. A huge thank you to Itza and Alex for making the experience so memorable. We would definitely recommend this tour and company to anyone visiting Mexico City!
EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. Weather did not permit balloon rides, however reasonable options provided in lieu of complete tour, including continuation of the breakfast and pyramid tour or complete cancellation if desired. Perhaps the next time we consider we will choose to do it on a short vacation during the rainy season. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our guide ITZA was AMAZING. She's very knowledgeable and engaging. I would highly recommend this excursion.
This is a very well organised excursion and certainly worth the 4.30am hotel pickup. After the obligatory weigh-in at the aerodrome, we were given teas and coffees as we stood on the building terrace to witness the still dark, fresh morning air come alive as balloons began inflating in all directions. As the sun rose, these colourful delights lifted verically, righting their baskets and pulling at their fastenings. Excitement growing, we were guided to our balloon where pictures were taken and we climbed into the basket. Our pilot, Antonio, lifted us gracefully into the air and we joined the countless other balloons drifting through the light breeze....and away from the temples of Teotihuacán! Obviously, this trip is entirely wind dependent and i think you would be quite lucky to drift directly over the site. That said, we enjoyed great views of the temple of the sun from a respectable distance. All too soon the pilot was looking for a landing spot and kept us informed of his decison making all along and answering all our questions. An attempt to put down in a fresh crop field was aborted in favour of the crops which led to a special moment as we glided mere metres over the field below before rising up once again to a new and less disruptive landing in a disused patch of land where our recovery team was waiting. We touched down smoothly, were treated to a glass of red sparkling as we toasted the pioneers of balloon adventure. Breakfast was in a cave, which was OK and catered for us vegans. Then a visit to an obsidien outlet, before entry to the amazing Teotihuacán and a guided tour around this immense and highly impressive site. The journey back into CDMX was long due to traffic but this gave us time to view our amazing photos and videos and allow for the varied experiences of the day to settle in. We arrived back at the Angel of Independence around 4pm, exhaused but extremely happy with the day and all the staff and guides of Aerstat.
