They driver and guide arrived early to make sure we arrived at the airport on time because the traffic was heavy
Our driver was punctual, and very hospitable in the vehicle. We got there earlier than anticipated with traffic and plenty of time to walk around the airport and get all checked in.

Communication was not good. I had to contact the night before to get pick up time. Which took a while to get a response to the point that I contacted Viator customer service. Things are don’t want to have to worry about the night before a morning flight. Then I never received any info about the driver or their contact so I just had to hope they would show up. It was also at that point they informed me they were sending 2 cars. We were not expecting this as our reservation clearly stated that we had 5 people and 4 luggage they should have just sent a bigger car/van. The cars were however very nice and clean. The drivers were also very good and they were only time.

The driver did not speak English. Outside of that he was a really nice guy, but the advertisement about an English speaking driver is not true…

Great transfer ! I booked this so last minute (my fault) and after hours that I was ready for a hiccup but not only did they confirm right away and follow up w WhatsApp but were totally on time and seamless. Recommend!!
