The driver went to the wrong hotel for pick up. The tour company was helpful in getting a new driver so we could make our appointment on time. Great massage, scrub , and flower bath. I would definitely book again and allowing for grace that life happens.

It was AMAZING!! The facility was clean and beautifully decorated for the experience. The staff were kind and welcoming. My husband and I were able to enjoy our experience in the same suite which was very important to us. I highly recommend this spa for a relaxing treatment. The only thing is that it was an hour and twenty minutes from our hotel in Ubud so we had to pay for a driver to pick us up and return us to our hotel. The staff at the spa arranged the driver for us to take away our stress and the extra price for the driver was inexpensive and worth it because we were able to see more of Bali.

Perfect way to start the Bali visit after a long over seas flight if you are in the Denpasar/Sanur area. Very relaxing & the place was very clean and the personnel friendly.

Due to my busy schedule and long travel to Bali, I had planned to do a massage at arrival. Bali Spa did not disappoint me. My personalized flower bath was the cherry on top.

My best friend gave me a spa and cream tea voucher. We were greeted by Jade who was very professional and helpful. The changing rooms are small but have everything inside and are so clean. Hairdryers beauty products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Electronic lockers no money required. provided lovely dressing gown and slippers. Lounge are lovely to relax with a cold mint and cue water. Hot tub outside amazing. Try the sauna and steam room so relaxing. Would recommend it was spotlessly clean and a lovely relaxing day. Just what you need to combat winter.

We were Welcomed with tea and wet towels to freshen up. Couple’s massage is just okay -after the massage, we were covered with yogurt and made our skin really soft and smooth. Didn’t like the way of how it was handled, slathering it all over our body without careful consideration of the sensitive parts like my chest area. Then we were left without any cover on our body and totally exposed. Not cool. Afterwards, we were asked to shower and went into the flower bath-just soaking in a tub with flower petals for a few minutes with ginger tea to sip.

There were 8 girls travelling for our annual girls trip. We all thoroughly enjoyed our 2 hour Balinese massage!! We were greeted immediately upon arrival and offered some ginger tea. All of the staff were friendly and my masseuse always advised what she was doing, she also periodically checked to make sure that the pressure was ok. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Bali!
