Borj Nord eller Burj al-Shamal, Al-Burj ash-Shamali är ett fort i staden Fez, Marocko. Den grundades först 1582 av Saadi-dynastin, modellerad efter de portugisiska forten på 1500-talet.
Borj Sud är ett militärmonument byggt av den saadiske sultanen Ahmed El Mansour på 1500-talet, tillsammans med andra militära byggnader (Borj Sud) för att övervaka och skydda staden.
Dar El-Makhzen-palatset, även kallat Palais Royal, ligger i Fez. Det är den officiella bostaden för Hans Majestät Kung Mohammed VI av Marocko och hans familj. Och ligger i den nya staden (Fes el Jedid). Det är stängt för allmänheten men huvudporten och fasaden är värda att besöka för intressanta bilder.

Funduq al-Najjarin är en historisk funduq i Fez el Bali, det gamla medinakvarteret i staden Fez, Marocko. Funduq ligger i hjärtat av medinan, vid Al-Najjarin-torget, som också är känt för Nejjarine-fontänen, en bifogad saqayya eller traditionell offentlig fontän
Mausoleet, omfattar en moské, helgedom, skola (madrasa) och sedan helgedomen, där frukt och grönsaker erbjuds som offer för Moulay Idriss. Mausoleet Moulay Idris gjorde honom till skyddshelgon för staden Fez och hans helgedom är en av de heligaste pilgrimsmålen i Marocko. University of al-Qarawiyyin, även skrivet Al-Karaouine eller Al Quaraouiyine, är ett universitet beläget i Fez, Marocko. Den grundades som en moské av Fatima al-Fihri 859 och blev därefter ett av de ledande andliga och utbildningscentra i den historiska muslimska världen.

Adil is an excellent guide- very charming and well versed with the Fes medina area. He said that he and his 7 generations have lived in its tiny and rich streets. He showed us around the tiny streets and all the attractions and even more. we would highly recommend Adil to be your guide to show you around the magnificent city of Fes.

We are so glad to have ran into Adil. He was so knowledgeable about the history of Fes. His English was perfect and was fun to converse with. He took us around to see any and all that we had been wanting to see in Fes, as well as other things we had no idea about. We went to the finest shops and he showed us a way to be able to decipher the fake merchandise from the real handmade merchandise. That information I’ll keep with me forever. We took a tour of the city with Abdul and it was great. He explained everything in detail, shared anecdotes and showed unusual places we would never have found alone. Adils family have lived in Fez for generations, the walking tour of the Medina was fascinating. He really went out of his way to look after us; organizing tours for us outside the Medina and our travels to the Sahara, Atlas mountains and onto Marrakech. Wow what an experience. We were so lucky to meet Adel - he was born in the Medina and knows the place inside out. He is extremely friendly and a great communicator, good English and rightfully proud of his home spot. Adel is so knowledgeable and took us to off the beaten spots within the Medina that only locals frequent. The tour was sensational and we learnt so much about the heritage significance of the Medina and history of its sites.
