Ano Mera i Mykonos är den näst större byn efter Chora (huvudstaden) och ligger nära Ano Mera ligger klostret Panagia Tourliani vars huvudkyrka rymmer en fantastisk samling ikoner gjorda av en kretensisk målare samt heliga kärl och klädnader. Det vackra klocktornet och marmorfontänen ligger på gården och är värda att se. Ano Mera har också några tavernor längs huvudtorget, där du kan smaka på traditionella rätter till en normal kostnad. Kaféer och konditorier ligger också runt torget i de äldsta byarna på ön. Vi stannar för en läcker grekisk mezze-tallrik fylld med pitabröd, dipp, färska grönsaker och ost kombineras med nationaldrycken OUZO, det perfekta sättet att mata en publik och perfekt för underhållning!!
Ftelia beach- Dess norra läge har etablerat stranden som ett paradis för vindsurfare, eftersom det nästan alltid blåser en stark vind. Stranden är också välkänd för den berömda neolitiska bosättningen som finns där och som tros vara graven till den antika Iliadens krigshjälte Ajax the Locrian. Ftelia är en isolerad, mycket lugn plats och även under de livliga Mykonos månaderna juli och augusti är det inte särskilt trångt eftersom det ofta är ganska blåsigt och dammigt.

We went with Carla on a private day tour in Mykonos, she is an excellent Guide, she was very patient with us as we were with young children and helped us a lot to go to our times. His passion for explaining things very patiently is evident and he talked to us in detail about many important Mykonos facts that we had no idea about. Thanks to it we were able to make the most of our one day there and get to know the whole island.

Our guide Carla was very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. She took us to May great opportunities for beautiful photos and to some areas where the locals enjoy as well. She moved at our pace and explained many details of the history of the area to us.

Talk about a great tour.. came to Mykonos without booking anything. (Should have) But than k god we were able to book a tour with Carla.. Carla's knowledge of the island is impeccable. She took us of the beaten bath and we were able to see the parts of Mykonos that we wouldn't have known existed if it wasn't four our marvelous tour guide. If you are ever in Mykonos you should definitely look Carla up and have her give you a tour of the island... TOTALLY worth it . Thanks Carla :)

Our private tour with Carla was fantastic!!. We were taken all interesting places around the island and we could enjoy wonderful views. She is incredibly knowledgeable about history and culture and being with her was so much fun. She knows the bests spots for great photos. I highly recommend her!!
