Such an intimate amazing experience. They did an amazing job at taking us step by step through the pasta making experience and even let us do half tomato sauce and have carbonara. We enjoyed the class with just the four of us and was definitely nicer than a huge touristy spot. Along with some prosecco and homemade limoncello to end the experience! 10/10 and would come back for the pizza making !

Chef Davide was a superb instructor. We learned how to make some of the best carbonara that we have ever eaten and had such a memorable experience overall. We learned some great pro tips that we are excited to take home and try ourselves.

Such a wonderful cooking experience with Davide, would thoroughly recommend booking this cooking class. Davide demonstrated and helped us make pasta from scratch and shared his expertise in making authentic carbonara sauce. His manner is so warm, friendly and welcoming and added to our experience. We enjoyed lovely local wine as we participated in our class and then we got to enjoy our meal seated outside in the Rome sunshine. The finale was tasting Davide's homemade limoncello! A perfect experience in a traditional Rome restaurant.

We signed up for a carbonara cooking class. Our chef was named Andrea. It was a great experience, a lot of fun, and enriched us in the culture and cuisine of Rome. It was also delicious! It was a great time and I would recommend it to anyone.

We absolutely loved our cooking class. Andeea was fabulous from start to finish, arranging the birthday surprise for my friend. We were a group with children 8+ and every one of us had such a brilliant time. We couldn’t recommend enough. I’ve now just had to source genuine guanciale/ pig cheek pancetta so we can do the recreate at home! Thankyou to the whole team (and topped off by professional photos).

We had a very nice time at Cucina Roma. The activity is top arranged and very fun to do! Davide explains everything well and immediately makes it cozy! While cooking you will be provided with prosecco and if you have made your own pasta carbonara you can eat it delicious on the terrace of the restaurant! We were still treated to Davides homemade Limoncello, which was delicious!! Highly recommended!
