Excellent tour, very knowledgeable of fun facts throughout the tour. Enjoyed each stop on the tour. Best part of tour was Not Sweating under the baking sun in an open vehicle. Loved the AC staying cool in this hot weather.

Our driver Justin was very good. He was funny, well informed and well prepared. Loved the clips she showed on the screen and he played music the dove tailed with the tour sites. His performance made the tour.

I’m sorry to say we paid the price for comfort by choosing the aircon versus open air bus. Would go open air next time. From the center seat I saw nothing for three hours. If you are taller than 5 ft 8 I suggest you will see nothing from the center seat. Most of the action was on the left too so get a left window seat or bail out. Our guide was interesting but the visuals were invisible to me.

Our enclosed, air-conditioned vehicles are a great option for guests looking to stay cool and comfortable, but we understand that visibility can vary depending on where you're seated. When boarding, we made sure that you and your partner were able to sit together, with one of you on the left side of the vehicle, and recommended the center seat for you because it offers additional legroom, knowing you are taller than average. We understand that, despite the extra comfort, the visibility from the center seat was not ideal for you, and we're sorry this impacted your enjoyment of the tour. As noted in the tour description, we use small air-conditioned vehicles because they allow us to access neighborhoods and roads with size and weight restrictions that larger buses cannot enter. We're glad to hear you found your guide interesting, though we're sorry you weren't able to fully enjoy the views from your seat. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope you'll join VIP Hollywood again on one of our open-air tours next time, where we think you'll have a much better viewing experience.

I had such a wonderful day, starting with a fantastic tour of the area! Since it was my first time visiting, I thought a tour would be the perfect way to kick things off. My tour guide, Mario, was truly amazing. He was full of knowledge and lots of fun. The van was clean and comfy, making the ride even more enjoyable. The tour lasted about three hours, which I felt was just the right length. I chose the early 9 a.m. tour to avoid the crowds, and I was especially excited to see the Hollywood sign. If you want a close-up view without a long hike, this tour is perfect for you! Just a little backstory: I had leg day on Wednesday, so my legs were still very sore; therefore, hiking was out of the question! Being in a vehicle that could easily transit the neighborhood was such a convenience (FYI, the big buses can't enter the neighborhood). I think I've shared enough, so go ahead and give them a try. The price is unbeatable. If you get Mario as your tour guide, I promise you won't be disappointed!
