Auschwitz is a must see for all people concerned with humanity. Very powerful and meaningful. Well worth the time spent. The museum is very well done. I recommend this to any and all.

I cannot thank our driver enough, who was very respectful and kind to my father, who is blind and had to approach the tour very slowly. I was able to find a bench within Auschwitz for my father to sit and then go on the tour. I left the tour at the end and returned to our car. The driver was ready, understanding and provided us a brief look at the exterior of the camp (which we missed due to leaving early). Ver professional and personable. Great conversation about the history of krakow and other cities. Provided information and advice to other destinations we will be visiting. This has been truly been one of the best tours ever…I’ve travelled the world and just cannot express my gratitude for the professionalism.

A superb although poignant tour by a first class guide. Piotr our driver was the best. He was courteous and informative, stopping to show us sights and helping us to understand this area of Poland. Altogether a fabulous day out. Many thanks. 100% recommended.

Given the gravity of the tours to Auschwitz and Birkenau along with their distance from Krakow reqiring an early departure, we decided to invest in private transportation. The best decision. YesKrakow was very communicative regarding our booking/tour statuses. Do be patient if you are using them to arrange your tours. As the description states, it takes a couple of days for them to confirm availablity and booking of the tours for you. YesKrakow worked very hard to arrange our tours with a guided group in a time of high occupance. Our driver Peter was the best! He stayed in contact from the evening before, the morning of the hotel pick up and between each destination. The V-Class was spotless. Peter is personable & professional. He took such good care of us. Our security and comfort were his primary concern. We truely enjoyed a VIP experience! ;) Thank you Peter!

We went to Auschwitz with Yes Krakow Drivers. Our Driver Piotr Nowak was absolutely brilliant, he was very knowledgable and incredibly friendly. He took us there and back in style with an immaculate and very comfortable car, would highly recommend him. Auschwitz was a sombre day out that people of today should remember, maybe our world would be a better place.

Excellent in all regards and highly reccommended: Organization: Very friendly communication, quick response time, good and helpful detailed explanations (really answering questions and not only standard copy-paste texts), easy and simple booking process (link & paypal payment). Driving: Friendly, careful and extremely helpful driver (beyond driving gave good explanations of the tour, kindly walked us inside the buildings to show where to go exactly), spacious modern and luxurious car, great service (free water bottles, masks if needed).

Tour guide Peter greeted us at the train station, bright and early on our morning of arrival. We had only had 7 hours in Poland and had difficulty finding a company to accommodate us. Like others, we didn't realize we had to pre-book our tickets. But thanks to YesKrakow and their expertise and willingness to work around our schedule we had plenty of time for our tour and even a delicious lunch and tour of the city before being dropped off at the airport. Cold water in the van was a welcome treat and Peter's knowledge of Poland was both informational and fascinating. He was kind, well spoken and a terrific driver. Would've loved to have him with us at all our stops in Europe.

We were visiting Krakow, Poland, and had planned on taking a side trip to Auschwitz while we were there. We did not plan very well though since we had not pre-booked our visit :( The day before we had planned on going we realized our mistake and started to scramble to find a way to make the trip work for 5 English speaking visitors! Found YesKrakow by chance on the internet and was a little leery at first to be speaking with a person online but after a little back and forth Agneta (?) assured us that she would be able to accommodate us for the next day. She said our driver would be at our apartment at 7.05 the next morning and he would return us back to our apartment around 1.30 that afternoon. At 7.05 on the dot, our driver, Peter, picked us up in front of our apartment. He was a veritable fount of information on all things Polish and Poland and kept us well entertained on our trip both to and from Auschwitz! The van that picked us up was very comfortable for our family and well stocked with water if we needed it. Peter informed us of all the necessary steps to meet our tour guides and to find him again when our day was done. YesKrakow did a phenomenal job of helping us visit this most important historical site. I would highly recommend using them for anyone who is in need of transport and information about Krakow and it's environs!

We received a very friendly, efficient & Professional service from Piotr from start to finish. The Mercedes car was spotlessly clean and comfortable and free water was included. Yes Krakow transport was recommended to us by the hotel-we were staying in. Piotr Nowak was our driver who arrived looking very smart and punctual, in a large brand new Mercedes that was spotlessly clean. The journey to Aushwitz was comfortable and Piotr was very knowledgeable with interesting facts about Poland and Krakow. The whole experience was superb , so much so , we booked for the following day with a trip to the Salt Mines. At both venues he assisted with the purchase of tickets and stayed with us until we were inside in case of any language problems. I would recommend to friends & family & will definitely use again if I return for another trip.
