Inte tillräckligt med tid för att besöka alla Krakows måste-se platser? På denna tur besöker du två av Polens viktigaste UNESCO-världsarv Auschwitz-Birkenau och saltgruvan Wieliczka – på en dag. Din dag börjar tidigt, men på så sätt kommer du att lyckas besöka Auschwitz-Birkenau, det tidigare nazistiska koncentrationslägret, och utforska gruvan, och vara tillbaka i Krakow vid middagstid.

Upphämtningarna tillhandahålls mellan 6:00 och 7:30 beroende på ditt boende och våra scheman. Upphämtningstiden bekräftas alltid via sms och e-post dagen innan turen. Turen körs i en grupp på max 30 personer. Under resan får du se en dokumentärfilm om nazisternas koncentrationslägers historia.
För det första kommer du att föras till Auschwitz I, där du kommer att följa med på en engelsk rundtur – som tillhandahålls av museets guide – i ca 2 timmar. Därefter förflyttar vi er till Auschwitz II-Birkenau, ca 2 km bort. Du kommer att tillbringa ungefär en timme där med samma guide.
Under den andra delen av dagen kommer du att förflyttas till Wieliczka Saltgruva, som råkar vara en av de äldsta fungerande saltgruvorna i världen: den har producerat salt i över 700 år. Du kommer att delta i en engelsk-guidad tur klockan 16 eller 17 (beroende på vägförhållanden). Din guide tar dig upp till 140 meter under jord för en 2,5-timmars resa genom en 2,5 km lång turistväg full av kammare med fantastiska saltristningar och statyer.
Efter turen släpps du av vid ditt boende eller i Krakows centrum. Om ditt hotell ligger i Gamla stan eller Judiska kvarteren, släpper vi av dig vid närmaste mötesplats.

Upphämtningsplatser och tider
Om ditt hotell inte finns med i listan, lägg till en anmärkning så hämtar vi dig från boende (även Airbnb) ligger inom Krakow City gränser. Du kan också välja ett av våra upphämtningsställen. Upphämtningarna tillhandahålls mellan 6:00 och 7:30 beroende på ditt boende och våra scheman. Upphämtningstiden bekräftas alltid via sms och e-post dagen innan turen. På sommaren kan upphämtningar vara mellan 05:30 och 07:30 för att undvika att gå i full sol och höga temperaturer. Observera att om ditt hotell ligger i stadens centrum eller de judiska kvarteren kommer upphämtningen att ske direkt från boendet, men efter turen kan du släppas av vid närmaste avlämningsplats. Om ditt boende ligger utanför Krakows stadsgräns är det möjligt att bli hämtad mot en extra kostnad. Till exempel upphämtning från Krakow flygplats 33 €. Priset beror alltid på avståndet från Krakow och ett antal personer.

- Observera att den maximala storleken på väskor och ryggsäckar som får bäras på museets område är 30 x 20 x 10 cm. Du kan alltid lämna dina tillhörigheter inne i bussen som kommer att parkeras i närheten.
- Observera att denna tur inte är tillgänglig på: 25 december, 1 januari, påsklördagens eftermiddag, påsksöndagen och den levande dagen i mars.
- Observera att för att nå den första nivån i gruvan (64 meter under jord), måste du gå ner en trätrappa som har 378 trappor. I Saltgruvan finns cirka 800 trappsteg på hela sträckan. Efter turen tas du upp till ytan med hiss.
- Temperaturen i Saltgruvan är cirka 14 grader C, ha på dig varma kläder och bekväma skor.

Couldn't recommend Mr Shuttle enough. Whole trip was amazing from start to finish. Our driver Thomas was so polite everything to schedule, very friendly and helpful. Was Definitely 5 star.
We were recommended this tour operator via a friend, so decided to book directly. Reading reviews from other operators we noticed that many trips were cancelled last minute, and even in Krakow airport we overheard a few people saying their trip had just been cancelled for no apparent reason. From the moment we booked communication was excellent, and payment wasn't expected until a few days prior to the trip, There were clear instructions of what to expect and time of pick up. Our driver/guide Thomas turned up exactly at the given time, and explained everything that we would need to know for our day, at relevant points during the day. He was very friendly and made the day run so smoothly. We decided to pay for the packed lunch, which was actuality really nice. We had a huge, fresh ham and cheese salad bap, a pasta bowl, chocolate wafer and a bottle of water - I would recommend opting for this rather than trying to get something to eat at the small cafe in Birkenau. Just to note the toilets at Birkenau are the equivalent of £1 each to use!!!! They take card or cash - phew! Very long day, as our pick up was 5.30am, but definitely worth it. From our experience I would recommend Mr Shuttle.

Very good communication prior. Pick up from accomodation 8 am 8 of us in minibus. Went to salt mines first very interesting and beautiful. Lots of steps and walking though. Then went for lunch and onto austwich and birkenax tour very interesting and tactifully told by guide but very sad place. Glad went although again lot of walking. Got back to accomodation 6.30. Would use again very good and reliable

Our driver turned up on the dot of 05.35 to collect us. I was worried the day before as the communication from Mr Shuttle was a little late in terms of pick up time for the next day. We were 1 of 4 couples on the trip. The journey to Auschwitz and to the remaining exclusions was well organised. We were out for 11-12 hours based on the 3 excursions we’d purchased. Would recommend Me Shuttle as a company to visit the 3 excursions we’d purchased did today. Everyone should visit Auschwitz!
The tour was so well organised and very informative. Starting on the bus with a documentary film which prepared us for the tour. Auschwitz-Birkenau was a very solemn, emotional and sobering experience. The Salt Mine amazing and very beautiful. The packed lunch was delicious and well worth the extra. Our driver/tour guide - Michael was excellent and so helpful, even to the point of fixing my friends broken spectacles. I can highly recommend Mr Shuttle and look forward to our next tour in the future.

We travelled from Ireland to stay in Krakow for 4 days we did the full day tour with Mr.Shuttle and I couldn't recommend them more. Thomas was out driver who was lovely very informative waited outside while we did the camp then lead us to the second camp we stopped for lunch at the cafe if you added lunch to your tour he had then ready we then went to salt mines where he again directed us to the line we all had a neck piece with group one on it for our day. Thomas got us back safe and sound to each drop off on the way home. Delighted with this service !!
