Din tur börjar med att du hämtar upp dig från den angivna adressen du väljer. Tiden för upphämtning kan ändras, det beror på exakt tid för inträde till museet och ordning av hotellets upphämtningar. Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum ligger 65 km från Kraków i Oświęcim. Resan till museet tar ca 1h 20 min. Under vägen kommer vår chaufför att förklara allt om turen, hur det kommer att se ut steg för steg, och svara på alla dina frågor. Innan din tur börjar, kommer du att ha en 15 - minuters paus för toaletten.
Den första delen av din turné är Auschwitz I, det tidigare huvudkoncentrationslägret. Du kommer att lära dig allt om början av koncentrationslägret på denna plats, samt om olika saker som hände där. Huvuddelen av utställningen finns här.
Efter en kort paus, flyttade till Auschwitz II - Birkenau. detta är den andra delen av turnén. Det hjälper till att visualisera skalan och storleken på allt som hände där. I den här delen är turnén mer kontemplativ.
Efter all sightseeing kommer du att ha tid utan brådska, tid i bokhandeln eller caféet. sedan efter pausen åker vi tillbaka till Krakow. vår chaufför tar dig till valfri vald plats i Krakow

Our driver Jakub was very good, the pick-up and drop-off from our hotel was smooth, it took us 1h20min to drive from Krakow to Auschwitz. There were a lot of people, and lots of tourists guide groups. But we got headphones so we could hear our guide very good! There was a lot to take in but a fantastic trip overall!
Visiting Auschwitz was a deeply moving and unforgettable experience. The museum is incredibly well preserved and offers a powerful insight into one of the darkest chapters of history. It is an emotional visit, but one that everyone should experience at least once to better understand the importance of remembrance and humanity. A special thank you to our guide, Wojtek, who's professionalism, and respectful approach made the tour truly exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Poland.

The experience was unforgettable! I was picked up at my residence by Wojtek, who was on time and very friendly. Drive from Kraków to Auschwitz-Birkenau museum took about 1h 15min. At the museum our guide was very professional. In Auschwitz we had some technical difficulties with the headset and our guide talked rather quickly with an accent, so it was some times hard to hear every detail. Other groups were also in same rooms with us so it felt rushed. Walking was quick paced and there were staircases and narrow corridors, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with walking difficulties. Then we moved to Birkenau, about 5min drive. There you can truly see the size of the destruction that took place. We spent about 2,5h at Auschwitz and about 1h at Birkenau, there was about 7km walking. I highly recommend the tour, it is horrifying but a big part of our history.
We had a very nice and educating day!! We were picked up early in the morning by our driver Wojtek who kept a good communication with us thought WhatsApp. It was a safe and pleasant drive to Auswitch. The tour itself was very educating with a very good guide. No delays, clearing communication! Very much recommended tour!!

The whole experience was amazingly planned! The driver Kacper was very prompt and gave exact location where to meet since our hotel couldn’t be reached by car and texted us to help too! He was a very careful driver, very polite and gave helpful tips! The tour guide was amazing too! He really knew his stuff! Very impressive! Totally would recommend this tour to all our family and friends!!
