Hela evenemanget tar cirka 7 timmar. Du kommer att hämtas direkt från din boendeplats mellan 07:30 och 10:00 (hämtningstid kommer att bekräftas). Mötet kommer att äga rum antingen i receptionen på ett hotell eller utanför nära en entré till lägenheter. Precis efter att ha samlat alla deltagare kommer du till Auschwitz i ca 1 timme 15 minuter.
Engelska Guide i Auschwitz och Birkenau Museum tillhandahålls av en licensierad museiguide . (Hörlurar ingår) Att besöka lägren tar cirka 3,5 timmar och består av sightseeing av två nazistläger & Auschwitz och Birkenau.
Efter en kort paus på upp till 15 minuter efter det första lägerbesöket tar vi dig till den andra delen av turen – Birkenau (Auschwitz II), som ligger bara några minuter bort. Detta var den största delen av det nazistiska koncentrations- och förintelsekomplexet, skapat med avsikt att genomföra massutrotningen av europeiska judar. Din Guide fortsätter den rörliga turen genom Brzezinka (Birkenau), som byggdes 1941 under order av Heinrich Himmler, befälhavare för SS. Lägret utformades för att fängsla upp till 90 000 människor under fruktansvärda och omänskliga förhållanden. Under besöket får du lära dig om de tragiska historierna om fångar, brutala urval vid ankomsten och omänskliga medicinska experiment utförda av nazistiska läkare, inklusive Josef Mengele. Turen täcker också befrielsen av Auschwitz av soldater från den 60: e armén av den första ukrainska fronten den 27 januari 1945 - ett ögonblick som markerade slutet på ofattbart lidande för de återstående fångarna.

Just returned from our guided tour of auschwitz.We were picked up by our driver igor very early as our tour was booked in at the museum for 7.30.Igor was also our tour guide and spoke very good English.He was very knowledgeable and was always ready to answer any questions that we had.We arrived back in kracow just after lunch.We would definitely recommend this tour.

We visited the Auschiwtz memorial July 2026. Very somber place. Our guide did a great job explaining the history and stories of the people. Pick up and drop off was seamless.

Never book with them. They canceled our reservation the day before, giving an excuse that did not appear on the official website. Furthermore, when you book, they give you the option to reschedule if it gets canceled. This option was not viable either. A bunch of unreliable people and scoundrels. It goes without saying that they did not offer any solution to reschedule to the only available day that appeared to them before our departure, neither by rescheduling the reservation nor by booking it again. An incredible disappointment.

Totally worthwhile place to visit. Guide wasn't great, didn't keep his group together, started his talks before some people arrived, lost several members at one time, seemed like he just wanted to get it over with.

Highly recommended. Pick up from the hotel was on time. Driver very pleasant and spoke excellent English, Vehicle was a minibus for 8 persons, clean and well maintained. Driver ensured we knew where to go and remained with us until we had cleared security. The actual guide was very knowledgeable and again spoke excellent English. We ordered the packed lunch option via the operator, note this has to be paid in cash to the driver as it is prepared and delivered by a third party. This was available at the conclusion of the Camp 1 tour. Freshly made and sufficient for hungry teenage boys. Communication before the trip was again excellent with Thomas. If you chose this operator you will not go wrong. Recommended to family and friends. Thank you Thomas and team

The pick up and drop off were excellent, the driver very helpful. Worth leaving Krakov at 6am to get ahead of the huge queues. The guide, we had, for the camps was excellent. A very well worthwhile trip that made us reflect and remember how we should learn from history.

This company lied about pickup time. Says between 7-10am but they picked us up at 6:15am. Otherwise the tour was carried out very professionally.

We also offered you the option of a full refund if the earlier pickup time was not suitable for you. However, you decided to proceed with the tour because there were no other tickets available elsewhere.
