I am truly disappointed to learn that the experience itself fell below your expectations, especially on an occasion shared with friends visiting from overseas. Dear Marie, Thank you for your honest feedback and I'm sorry to hear that your heritage tasting experience didn’t live up to expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive after a delay and not feel warmly welcomed. While we do our best to hold reservations and accommodate late arrivals, it’s clear we could have handled this situation with more care and better communication. We’re also sorry you were unable to reach us by phone, we are currently reviewing how we can improve responsiveness, especially during busy times. The experience is designed as a structured, curated experience served indoors with a specific selection of wines and tailored service. On busy trading days, it can be operationally challenging to move these tastings outdoors, as it affects both the flow of service and the consistency of the experience. That said, we understand the desire to take in the views, and we’ll continue looking at how we can offer more flexibility where possibles. That said, we completely understand the appeal of our outdoor views and your feedback is a valuable reminder that we need to better communicate the format in advance and be more flexible where possible. We’re genuinely sorry that the experience didn’t reflect the value we aim to offer.
