Vi kommer att vara på ditt hotell punktligt för att hämta dig vid schemalagd tid. Efter upphämtningarna åker vi till Cusipata, där resan varar i två och en halv timme tills vi når den punkt där vi ska avnjuta vår frukost.
När vi anländer till denna plats cirka 06:20 kommer vi att välkomnas med vår utsökta frukostbuffé. Efter att ha njutit av denna morgonglädje kommer vår guide att ge oss de nödvändiga instruktionerna för att börja vårt spännande äventyr i terrängfordonen som tar oss till Qosqopata, som ligger 4900 meter över havet. Bilresan tar vanligtvis cirka en timme. Sedan fortsätter vi upplevelsen att gå i 35 minuter, som täcker en sträcka på 1,5 kilometer, tills vi når den imponerande utsiktspunkten på det 7-färgade berget, som stiger till 5038 meter över havet.
Våra guider kommer att följa med dig under hela resan på terränghjulingar från samhället Japurá, där vår bas finns. Total SCAM, stay away from them. We booked the tour from them and there was absolutely no communication from them. They didn’t show up to pick us up and there were absolutely no responses from their part.
Good breakfast and lunch. The driver and guide were both very friendly and accommodating. Very short ATV ride. Then given option to spend more money on either a motorbike or horseback ride up the hill, or else the other option to walk. I am not sure the price was worth it for this tour.

I booked this ATV tour to Rainbow Mountain from Cusco because it was advertised as a "time saver" with a "30-minute ATV ride" and the promise to "be the first at the top." Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. The ATV portion was a total letdown. The ride starts before the main parking area where all the regular tour buses go, and it lasts only about 9 minutes—just riding behind the vans on the same road. No scenery, no excitement. It felt like a forced detour just to say you "rode an ATV." Even worse, the whole process added nearly an hour with orientation, waiting, and transport logistics. There was absolutely no time saved—in fact, we arrived later than many of the regular tour groups. To top it off, the guide asked if we wanted to pay extra for a motorcycle ride to get to the top early—which isn’t exclusive to this tour at all. Anyone at the base can pay for that ride. So much for "being the first." I paid extra for an ATV tour that was completely unnecessary and didn’t deliver on any of its promises. Don’t fall for the marketing—it’s a waste of money and time.

The ATV ride is intended to cover part of the route, reducing the overall hiking time. The final stretch to the top is managed by local communities, who offer optional motorcycle rides for an additional cost, independent of our tour. We strive to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, and we are sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding the logistics. We had such a great time. Our driver and guide were great. They were very knowledgeable. We got to Rainbow mountain early and beat the crowds.

It was a sightseeing trip in an all-terrain vehicle with hotel transfers, breakfast and lunch. The buggies will be handled in advance, and after the check run, formation will be determined within the nine-person tour, with the guide in charge at the front and back to ensure safe driving. I asked him to change the date of my visit because I was not feeling well, and he agreed and called the hotel to confirm on the day. It was a memorable tour, blessed with good weather, despite a mix of English and Spanish.
