ATV Tour Rio Cuale Sierra Madre Berg och tequilaprovning

I would never recommend this company to anybody. Please save your money and go to the company right next door to them instead (they will actually want your business there and treat you with kindness). We dealt with Anita who was completely rude and was unable/unwilling to accommodate our large group of 11 after booking online. She’ll likely respond to this by saying that we are lying (as I saw some responses on other bad reviews) but I recorded our interactions for proof. Anita was trying to overcharge us and even the guide seemed surprised about why she was trying to charge us so much or why she wouldn’t take out any more atvs to accommodate our group. She didn’t seem to care at all and relied on the fact that since we booked through TripAdvisor, that we wouldn’t get out money back. She told us so herself. Absolute waste of our time and money but thankfully the company next door was able to turn our day around and we ended up having a great day, even after Anita trying to scam us for more money.

Avoid this place for a tour! My booking was for 7 double ATVs which was confirmed in my reservation, upon arrival Anita tried to say it was only for 7 people and that they didn’t have any ATVs to accommodate our large group. However, the tour guide (Angel who was GREAT and respectful) would continue ask her if he should take out more ATV but then she would turn to us and say she had no more. Anita was very disrespectful and only wanted us to pay another $500 for a razor ( which she was up charging since we spoke English). If you have a large group GO NEXT DOOR THEY ARE SO MUCH BETTER. If Anita would have been more accommodating and respectful we would have stayed but she was rude. Bad service over all!

What an incredible experience! This was hands down one of the highlights of our Puerto Vallarta vacation. As a mom traveling with two adult teenage boys and their friends, I always want to find activities that are exciting, safe, and memorable—and this ATV tour exceeded every expectation. The staff was so warm, welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely cared that everyone had a great time. The ride through the jungle was absolutely beautiful, and we loved exploring parts of the forest we never would have experienced on our own. Stopping by the river to enjoy a delicious meal while listening to the peaceful sounds of the water made the adventure even more special. A special shout-out to the photographer, who did an amazing job capturing the adventure! The action shots of us splashing through the water were incredible and perfectly captured the excitement of the ride. Those photos will definitely be some of our favorite vacation memories. The best part? As soon as we got back in the taxi to head to our resort, the kids couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had—the ATV ride, the jungle trails, the scenery, the delicious food, and the overall adventure. Hearing them relive their favorite moments made this experience priceless for me. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a fun, safe, and unforgettable adventure. We made memories we’ll be talking about for years, and we highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Such a great adventure. My tour guide was Angel. He was awesome. Carefully and fully explained the itinerary. Went over the safety rules and how to use the ATV. The ride was so great. Amazing views. The tequila tasting was good. A nice break. The pools at the last stop was refreshing. Much recommend taking this tour. And ask for Angel if you can.

Our tour guide Angel was great. Very funny and welcoming. Bring cash for drinks & snacks at the restaurant where you’ll swim. A scenic drive there and back 10/10 recommend

The worst ATV rental ever I tried, cool rentals are fraud people just trying to make money from others by risking customers life, they send bikes in between and customers will loose control while they pass

This was a really great ATV trip. Guides were super fun! ATVs were newer and in great condition. A photographer went along with us so we got a really great suvenire photo album and video at a great price! The tequila bar tasting was fun and we did buy a few bottles to go which they packed up for us and had waiting for us at the end. The restaurant we stopped at was great! We had a delicious lunch and a quick dip in the natural pools.

It was a great experience overall. The tour guides, Angel and the girl leader were really fun and cool. This is a good activity to do while in PV that isn’t related to the beach. You get to see the sierra and other side of PV. The tequila tasting was a lot of fun! The staff was all about safety which was incredibly important for our group. The only downside is that they do have their photographers so they sell their photos as packages and that was expensive so we didn’t get it and they didn’t sell the group picture we wanted but that’s okay we understand the hustle. Overall recommend! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our time spent riding ATVs with Angel. He was a great guide who took us along a fun route which led us along city streets, and eventually into the jungle and the mountains. We stopped and did a tequila tasting, and had lunch at a delicious restaurant with the option for a refreshing swim in a natural watering hole. It was pretty easy to get the hang of driving the ATV too which was an initial concern of mine. Our ride was the perfect length, definitely felt like we got our money’s worth. Tip, the fewer bags and items you bring the better as there isnt really much room to store things on the ATV. Lastly, bring sunscreen, you’ll be in the sun a lot and will need to reapply.
